L'avalanche de signes et de drapeaux rouges qui sortent de partout montrent une forte tendance à prédire qu'un événement de grande ampleur et de conséquence se prépare et qu'on nous prépare à cela aussi. C'est-à-dire que des gens savent déjà ce qui se préparent et se préparent comme tel. Comme avant les attaques du 9/11, des gens ont placé des sommes énormes, 4.5 milliards de dollars sur le fait que l'économie va crasher d'au moins 40 a 60% d'ici la troisième semaine de septembre. On nous prépare à une autre guerre criminelle, contre l'Iran cette fois-ci, et l'on sait qu'Israël et les USA sont prêts, leurs plans et effectifs militaires étant déjà en place. Le hic c'est qu'ils sont prêts à utiliser des bombes nucléaires contre l'Iran. L'on sait aussi que le Dollar US a perdu plus de 60% de sa valeur depuis 2001 et que 300 milliards$ (notre argent) ont été injecté par les banques centrales du monde entier pour essayer d'éviter un écroulement de l'économie mondiale et surtout de plusieures banques qui ont joué à la roulette russe dans le subprime mortage market à hauts risques des USA.

Le $US est en chute, et les États-Unis sont en banqueroute, ruiné.

Alors ce qui nous attend n'est pas rose d'une façon ou d'une autre, et le pire est que certains ont une pré-connaissance de ce qui se prépare et cherchent à en profiter soit financièrement ou politiquement.

Today I received a message from a friend who has excellent connections in Washington and whose information has often been prescient. According to this report, as in 2002, the rollout will start after Labor Day, with a big kickoff on September 11. My friend had spoken to someone in one of the leading neo-conservative institutions. He summarized what he was told this way:

They [the source's institution] have "instructions" (yes, that was the word used) from the Office of the Vice-President to roll out a campaign for war with Iran in the week after Labor Day; it will be coordinated with the American Enterprise Institute, the Wall Street Journal, the Weekly Standard, Commentary, Fox, and the usual suspects. It will be heavy sustained assault on the airwaves, designed to knock public sentiment into a position from which a war can be maintained. Evidently they don't think they'll ever get majority support for this--they want something like 35-40 percent support, which in their book is "plenty."

Shaykh al-Khanjar said that they have also established their own headquarters similar to the facilities used by the American occupation forces. The Mossad set up one of its headquarters in the former Hafsah Primary School in al-Qa’im on the Syrian border, and in the large building that formerly housed the headquarters of the "Projects for Roads, Bridges, and Travelers’ Rest Stops." FACT CHECK: Iran is building nuclear power stations. Iran has the legal right to do this under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, which both the United States and Iran (but not Israel) have signed.

I recall vividly before 9-11 there was an obvious PR run-up in which the TV news shows were saturated with stories about Osama and what a bad guy he was. What was notable was that Osama had not actually done anything newsworthy to justify the news coverage; it was all on the order of "We feel we ought to tell you about this really bad guy out there", and I recall posting to WRH that we were being pre-sold on something.

Au Canada, elles sont regroupées dans le Conseil Canadien des Chefs d'Entreprises (CCCE), lequel fait des pressions auprès du gouvernement Harper en faveur du plan. — Le Conseil Canadien des Chefs d'Entreprises compte quelque 150 membres corporatifs. À côté de grandes sociétés et banques canadiennes, on y trouve les filiales des grandes compagnies américaines impliquées au Canada, telles les sociétés Bell Canada, Paul Desmarais, Jr., Power Corporation of Canada, Du Pont, Fed X, General Electric, General Motors, Chrysler, Ford, Hewlett-Packard, Home Depot, IBM, Imperial Oil, Kodak, 3M, Microsoft, Pratt & Whitney, Suncor, Wyeth, Xerox, Gillette , Lockheed Martin, Wal-Mart, Chevron, Merck, etc. — Pour ces dirigeants, le Canada n'est pas un pays distinct des États-Unis, mais un marché adjacent qu'il importe d'investir et de contrôler.

En réalité, le but ultime de l'opération « Intégration Profonde » est d'en arriver à créer une Union Nord-Américaine de nature politique, et non pas seulement économique, à l'intérieur de laquelle les trois pays, mais surtout un plus petit pays comme le Canada, en viendraient à perdre des éléments importants de leur souveraineté nationale. Toujours sur le même site, le professeur Michel Chossudovsky édite à nouveau un article de sa main sur ce sujet. Il y ajoute une introduction dans laquelle il confirme l'objet de cette prochaine conférence et il y explique les impacts d'une telle entente sur la souveraineté nationale, la souveraineté monétaire et même militaire. Voici un aperçu :

La ratification de l'accord de Partenariat de Sécurité et de Prospérité de l'Amérique du Nord qui répond aux intérêts des puissantes corporations, fait partie de l'ordre du jour du prochain sommet qui se tiendra le 20 août à Montebello au Québec, préparant de ce fait le terrain vers la formation de l'Union Nord-Américaine.

Ce qui est en jeu est l'annexion de facto où le Canada et le Mexique cesseraient de fonctionner comme nations souveraines, reléguées au statut de protectorats des États-Unis. De même, le dollar US serait imposé comme devise nord-américaine (sous la nouvelle dénomination de « Améro ») avec les pouvoirs monétaires conférés au système de la Réserve Fédérale des États-Unis.

Le gouvernement conservateur à Ottawa a non seulement embrassé le Partenariat de Sécurité et de Prospérité de l'Amérique du Nord, mais il soutient également activement l'ordre du jour des guerres US, son ordre du jour de sécurité nationale et sa « guerre mondiale contre le terrorisme ».

D'ailleurs, l'intégration binational dans les secteurs du Homeland Security, de la justice, de l'application des lois, de l'immigration, dans le maintien de l'ordre de la frontière US-Canada, pour ne pas mentionner la législation anti-terroriste, impliquerait l'acceptation pari passu de l'état policier commandité par les États-Unis, ses politiques racistes, son « profilage ethnique » dirigé contre les musulmans, l'arrestation arbitraire des activistes anti-guerres. Et finalement dans un communiqué et avis de presse publié par le Parti Action Canadienne, Yves Lafontaine compile plusieurs informations dont voici un extrait :

Le Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) qui conseille l'administration Bush demande que le Canada soit « effacé » d'ici 2010. Le Québec, tel qu'il existe aujourd'hui, par rapport à son code civil et autres protections de la culture francophone, doit aussi subir une « transformation » d'ici 2010 sous le contrôle Anglo-Américain. On nous fait rapport que le gouvernement de Stephen Harper a confirmé ce terme « effacé » à Cancun au Mexique selon les provisions secondaires du Partenariat Sécurité Prospérité nord-américain (PSP). Il est remarquable qu'aucun « séparatiste » ni aucun « fédéraliste » dans les élections en cours au Québec n'ait cherché à parler de la destruction imminente du tissu social et culturel du Québec sous la coupe d'un plan Anglo-Américain.

Le Dr. Robert A. Pastor, vice-président d'un comité permanent au Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) se régale d'avance de la conquête des ressources canadiennes tels que le pétrole, l'eau potable et l'énergie hydroélectrique au Québec par les grandes entreprises U.S. liées à l'administration Bush.

Effectivement « pendant tout ce temps ‘Nous le peuple' sommes maintenus en dehors du processus jusqu'à ce que Lou Dobbs de CNN révèle les plans du CFR » dit le Dr.Daneen G. Peterson. L'objectif derrière l'effacement du Canada a été formellement annoncé par M. Pastor qui est apparemment le président des néo-conservateurs U.S. pour l'Union nord-américaine (UNA).

Effectivement le Dr. Pastor a bien été enregistré sur vidéo devant un groupe lié au congrès des U.S disant continuer le processus d'effacement du Canada d'ici 2010. M. Foundational Council on Foreign Relations document calls for a "North American Advisory Council" modeled around shadowy Bilderberg group

The announcement that a 25-kilometre security perimeter is to be established around the Chateau Montebello, where the planned Security and Prosperity Partnership meeting (August 20-21) -- also known as the North American Union -- is to take place has shocked activists groups who were planning a public forum to express their concerns about the meeting and the issues being discussed. The announcement was perhaps not as shocking to those who have read the Council on Foreign Relations document titled "Building a North American Community."

On page 53 of the 70 page document, we read:

"A North American Advisory Council. To ensure a regular injection of creative energy into the various efforts related to North American integration, the three governments should appoint an independent body of advisers. This body should be composed of eminent persons from outside government, appointed to staggered multiyear terms to ensure their independence. Their mandate would be to engage in creative exploration of new ideas from a North American perspective and to provide a public voice for North America. A complementary approach would be to establish private bodies that would meet regularly or annually to buttress North American relationships, along the lines of the Bilderberg or Wehrkunde conferences, organized to support transatlantic relations."

On July 17, 2007, as reported by the Hill Times, Canada's Foreign Policy Newsweekly, an advisory Council has apparently already been created that will work to fulfill the CFR plan. The council will meet in August at the locked down Chateau Montebello.

The Bilderberg group, referred to by the cited CFR document, has been shrouded in secrecy since its very beginning, routinely locking down normally public resorts for the purposes of having a closed door meeting. Mainstream media members attend the meeting, but have taken a vow not to discuss what takes place during the meeting. The group consists of elites from around the globe. Prominent attendees include David Rockefeller, Henry Kissenger, Texas governor Rick Perry, and many other bankers and top officials. The Bidlerberg group represents the amalgamation of elites and other globalist organizations such as the CFR, and Trilateral Commission (often, members have chairs in each group) coming together under one roof. To see the Bilderberg mentioned in a CFR document therefore, is not surprising.

Robert Pastor, who has been one of the biggest proponents of a North American Union, has admitted that the CFR document cited above is the blueprint that he and the globalists behind the plan are following. As Jerome R. Corsi points out in his new book The Late Great USA,

"Pastor openly admits that the report was a "blueprint" for articulating the goals of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP). In his June 2005 testimony to the U.S. Senate, Dr. Pastor informed the Foreign Relations Committee of the link:

Entitled "Building a North American Community," the report offered a blueprint of the goals that the three countries of North America should persue and the steps needed to achieve these goals."" (Corsi, 27)

Pastor's efforts to create a North American Union include a paper submitted to the Trilateral Commission titled "A North American Community". Interestingly, the Trilateral Commission was founded by David Rockefeller, also a member of Bilderberg. In this paper, Pastor expresses his desire for an "Amero", a proposed common currency between Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Pastor states,

"Mexicans and Canadians do not want to be incorporated into the United States, and they are ambivalent about adopting the American dollar, but they are more willing to become part of a single country of North America and of a unified currency, like the “Amero,” proposed by Herbert Grubel."

De Facto North American Government in the Making: "Canadians must take back Canada"

It is important that Canadians understand what is happening in the USA because a de facto North American government of unelected industrialists, financiers, academics, military leaders along with representatives from our elected governments and government officials including our Prime Minister (both Liberal and Conservative) are busy implementing the same incredible changes into the nation we have known as Canada.

Canadians are affected by the USA's Military Commissions Act. Unlike Britain, we are not exempt from being scooped away as an "enemy combatant" if George W. Bush wants us. The US Homeland Security Logo is already posted in several Canadian airports- even in the local small airport of Penticton BC in a town of only 30,000 people but which now hosts a full sized runway that can land very big planes. Why?

So, please read the excellent commentary of Keith Olbermann, Anchor, 'Countdown' MSNBC , on the USA Military Commissions Act. Although it describes the horror of what this act does in the USA, the article also is a message of hope and a future because it describes the history of previous bad USA law that was repealed, and bad Presidents who were defeated. Remember Ghandi's words:

"There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it....always"

Just as citizens of the USA must and can take back their nation, Canadians must take back Canada. As Canadians we can wring our hands in despair, bow our heads, cow with our tail between our legs, lick boots and whine, turn in our neighbour or friend or family, or we can stand up for what is right and principled.

We can join the cowards and traitors, or we can say NO.

In Canada there is still a legitimate mechanism to defend against this complicit conquest.

To be secure, we must be free. Without freedom there is no security.

L'Ordre Exécutif intitulé « bloquer les biens de certaines personnes qui menacent les efforts de stabilisation en Irak » fournit au Président l'autorité pour confisquer les avoirs de quiconque s'oppose à la guerre menée par les US.

Un décret présidentiel édicté le 17 juillet révoque d'un trait de plume le droit de contester et de s'opposer à l'agenda militaire du Pentagone en Irak.

Le décret criminalise le mouvement anti-guerre. Il vise à « bloquer les biens » des citoyens US et des organisations activement impliquées dans le mouvement pour la paix. Il autorise le Département de la Défense à interférer dans des affaires financières et donne instruction au Trésor Public de « bloquer les biens » et/ou de confisquer/geler les avoirs de « certaines personnes » impliquées dans des activités anti-guerre. Il cible ces « certaines personnes » en Amérique, y compris des organisations de la société civile qui s'opposent au programme de « paix et stabilité » de l'administration Bush en Irak, caractérisé en bon français par une occupation illégale et le meurtre continu d'innocents civils.

Le décret vise aussi ces « certaines personnes » qui « sapent les efforts pour promouvoir la reconstruction économique », ou qui sont opposées à la confiscation et à la privatisation des ressources pétrolières de l'Irak, pour le compte des géants pétroliers anglo-américains.

Le décret vise également toute personne qui s'oppose au programme de Bush de « reforme politique en Irak », en d'autres mots, qui met en doute la légitimité du « gouvernement » irakien installé par les forces d'occupation.

Pact would allow U.S. troops into Canada during emergency

OTTAWA - U.S. troops could find themselves on Canadian territory helping police and firefighters deal with emergencies under a new pact signed by the two countries.

The new accord says that soldiers from either country could cross the border, but would then be under the command of the host country.

Defence Minister John McCallum said the pact recognizes that threats such as those posed by terrorists or biological agents don't recognize international borders, and continues a long tradition of Canada-U.S. co-operation on dealing with common threats.

Under the present BPG arrangement, Canada is a de facto member of NORTHCOM. In other words, some of these martial law procedures could be applied in Canada. Under an integrated North American military command structure --with Canada part of NORTHCOM--, martial law procedures in Canada would conform to those applied in the US.

(The BPG's has established "military contingency plans" which would be activated "on both sides of the Canada-US border" in the case of a terror attack or "threat". Under the BPG's Civil Assistance Plan (CAP), these so-called "threat scenarios" would involve:

"coordinated response to national requests for military assistance [from civil authorities] in the event of a threat, attack, or civil emergency in the US or Canada."

In other words, the Military would "support" and "assist" civilian organizations including government bodies and agencies such as municipalities, etc. This process implies the militarisation of civilian functions.

The BPG does not mince its words: military commanders would:

"provide binational military assistance to civil authorities."

In the case of a Red Code alert, these so-called "requests" (e.g. from a Canadian municipality) could result in the deployment of US troops or Special Forces inside Canadian territory. In fact, with an integrated command structure, Canadian and US servicemen would operate in the same military operations.)

The Bush administration has its supporters in Canada, in the Liberal government as well as in the ranks of the Conservative party and of course within the Canadian business establishment. Washington is lobbying for a consensus on Canada's entry into NORTHCOM.

Canadian companies are vying for lucrative multimillion dollar "reconstruction" contracts in war torn Iraq. Canada's defense contractors, which constitute an appendage of the US-military industrial complex, are of course part of this consensus building. Canadian weapons producers, many of which are affiliates of US defense conglomerates expect to be granted lucrative contracts upon Canada joining NORTHCOM. Among major players in Canada's defense industry are General Dynamics (Canada), Bell Helicopter Textron (Canada), General Motors Defense, CAE Inc, Bombardier, SNC-Lavalin Group, etc.

Integration" or the "Annexation" of Canada?

The World is at the crossroads of the most serious crisis in modern history. The US has launched a military adventure which threatens the future of humanity. It has formulated the contours of an imperial project of World domination. This is not a rhetorical issue. This project is confirmed by official military and national security documents. Military integration is intimately related to the ongoing process of integration in the spheres of trade, finance and investment. Needless to say, a large part of the Canadian economy is already in the hands of US corporate interests.

And ultimately what is at stake is that beneath the rhetoric, Canada will cease to function as a Nation:

· Its borders will be controlled by US officials and confidential information on Canadians will be shared with Homeland Security.

· US troops and Special Forces will be able to enter Canada as a result of a binational arrangement.

· Canadian citizens can be arrested by US officials, acting on behalf of their Canadian counterparts and vice versa.

CBC News Indepth: Bilderberg Group

The group has assembled at least three times in Canada, most recently June 8 to 11 this year at the Brookstreet Hotel in the Ottawa suburb of Kanata. According to a Bilderberg news release, prominent Canadians invited to the 2006 conference included former New Brunswick premier Frank McKenna, Paul Desmarais, CEO of Power Corporation, Gordon Nixon, president and CEO of the Royal Bank of Canada, and Heather Reisman, chair and CEO of Indigo Books.

Secretive, powerful Bilderberg group meets near Ottawa

The prime ministers of Britain and Canada — Tony Blair and Stephen Harper — have addressed the group before, as have former Liberal prime ministers Pierre Trudeau, Paul Martin and Jean Chrétien.

Mr. Harper spoke to Bilderberg in Versailles, France, in 2003 but his office said he would not attend this year's conference.

Canada remains well represented, however.

The Canadian contingent at this year's event also includes Power Corp. boss Paul Desmarais, Indigo books CEO Heather Reisman, and former New Brunswick premier Frank McKenna.
