Climategate - La fraude à propos du climat s'effondre

Les évidences sont accablantes, sérieuses et pointent toutes dans une direction : la thèse du réchauffement climatique causé par la CO2 produit par l’homme est parmi les pires escroqueries de l’histoire. De la fausse science pour justifier un agenda politique mondial et une nouvelle taxe globale gérée par une institution mondiale ayant un pouvoir transcendant les souverainetés nationales des pays du monde. Ce qui est maintenant surnommé le « climategate » sur l’Internet, est le dernier clou dans le cercueil des alarmistes du réchauffement climatique causé par le CO2 et de ceux qui profiteraient énormément de la taxe sur le CO2, tel qu’expliqué clairement dans un texte précédent Maurice, Al & le Chicago Climate Exchange. Il y est question d’un conflit d’intérêt simplement impossible à résoudre et surtout, à ignorer.

Ce « climategate » rend maintenant obsolète et une complète perte de temps la prochaine conférence de Copenhague sur les changements climatiques qui se tiendra dans quelques jours. Les pays industrialisés, dont le Canada, seront appelés à signer une entente qui aura pour effet de soumettre les entreprises et citoyens du Canada et des autres pays industrialisés au contrôle d’une organisation internationale chargée d’appliquer les nouvelles règles en matière d’émission de gaz carbonique.

Le « climategate », ou le scandale du climat

Un « hacker » s’est introduit dans les ordinateurs de l’unité de recherche sur le climat de l’Université de East Anglia (UEA) et a réussi à mettre la main sur 1000 courriels et quelques 3000 documents. Le plus récent courriel est du 12 novembre 2009. Ces documents et courriels ont été remarqués plus largement lorsqu’ils ont été postés sur un serveur Internet en Russie le 19 novembre. Les scientifiques de l’Université de East Anglia ont admis avoir détruit la plupart de leurs données de base sur lesquelles leurs prédictions du réchauffement climatique sont basées. Cela signifie que les autres universitaires, scientifiques et chercheurs sont dans l’impossibilité de vérifier les calculs de base qui démontreraient un réchauffement des températures sur le long terme, depuis les 150 dernières années. L’ UEA a été forcée de révéler ces pertes suivant une requête sous la loi de l’accès à l’information.

Ces courriels et documents sont authentiques. Ce qu’ils montrent clairement en noir sur blanc, c’est qu’il y a eu collusion pour enterrer les évidences et données qui n’allaient pas dans le sens de la théorie du réchauffement climatique causé par le CO2. Plusieurs conversations entre ces scientifiques du plus haut niveau impliqués dans le GIEC (Groupe d’Experts Intergouvernemental sur l’Évolution du Climat) et le réchauffement climatique et des politiciens montrent explicitement que des efforts conscients et volontaires ont été poursuivis depuis des années pour dissimuler le refroidissement global de la planète depuis au moins sept ans, en plus de discuter de manières pour faire taire les dissidents et les discréditer.

Ceci est de la plus haute importance puisque ces données servent de base aux calculs et prédictions du GIEC, qui se traduiront ultimement en une taxation globale complètement inutile et susceptible de faire s’effondrer l’économie mondiale et de garder dans la pauvreté les pays dits du « tiers monde ». Peut importe ce que les gens éclaboussés par ce scandale vous diront, il s’agit en premier lieu d’un scandale politique plutôt que scientifique.

Bien que certains scientifiques véreux comme la tête de l’unité de recherche sur le climat de l’Université de East Anglia, le professeur Phil Jones, ont tout intérêt à faire perdurer le mensonge qui lui rapporte des millions de dollars, les plus importants acteurs et bénéficiaires sont ceux qui financent ces professeurs et scientifiques. Qui sont-ils?

Plusieurs figures de proue sont des politiciens notables, financiers ainsi que des pétrolières.

En Amérique, il existe seulement un marché d’échange des émissions de carbone qui est opérant et il s’agit du Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX). Par pure coïncidence, ou pas, le fond d’investissement d’Al Gore (Generation Investment Management) est le plus grand actionnaire du CCX. Maintenant, parlez-moi d’un conflit d’intérêts! L’alarmiste le plus bruyant à propos du réchauffement climatique est le plus large actionnaire du seul marché du carbone opérant en Amérique! Sur le conseil du CCX siège aussi Maurice Strong, un canadien méconnu, mais pourtant très important.

Maurice Strong a maintenant joint Brian Mulroney et Paul Desmarais dans le groupe Asia Power Group qui a 100$ millions investi dans des projets de petites centrales électriques au charbon construites dans le sud de la Chine. Ils sont en train de considérer de plus grands projets dans le nord de la Chine, en Malaisie, aux Philippines et en Inde.

Maurice F. Strong, C.P., C.C., O.M., MSRC, né en 1929 au Manitoba, est un des principaux défenseurs de la participation des Nations Unies dans les affaires du monde. Il est vu par ses supporteurs comme étant un important leader environnementaliste. Il sera Secrétaire général de la Conférence des Nations Unies sur l’environnement et le développement de 1972, qui donnera naissance au mouvement environnementaliste mondial; et du Sommet de la Terre en 1992. Il sera aussi le premier directeur exécutif du Programme des Nations Unies pour l’environnement (PNUE). Ce marché d’échange des émissions de carbone, une future bulle financière de produits dérivés comme celles qui ont entraîné la crise financière présente, va enrichir certaines personnes comme Al Gore qui fut aidé par Ken Lay, l’ancien président de Enron dont nous connaissons tous le scandale, pour mettre sur pied la structure de la compagnie de Al Gore qui elle, a déjà investi $150 millions pour « vendre » le concept du réchauffement climatique, planifiant faire au monde avec le dioxyde de carbone ce qu’Enron a fait à la Californie avec l’électricité.

Tout cela, même si Al Gore lui-même a récemment admis que le CO2 ne pouvait pas être responsable de plus de 40% du réchauffement climatique, selon les nouvelles études disponibles ; ce CO2 qui n’est pas un polluant, mais bien un bloc essentiel de la vie.

Barack Obama a aussi participé grandement à l’établissement du programme sur le carbone il y a quelques années en finançant un marché du carbone. Alors qu’il siégeait sur le comité d’administration de la Joyce Foundation, Obama a donné $1,1 million en deux dons qui ont été instrumentaux dans le développement et le lancement du Chicago Climate Exchange, une entité privée. Il est maintenant en train de pousser le Congrès à adopter un programme de réduction du CO2 et le marché d’échange des émissions de carbone en même temps qu’il admet que ce marché et les taxes subséquentes vont causer des augmentations faramineuses du coût de l’électricité. Le département du Trésor a révélé en septembre dernier que le marché d’échange des émissions de carbone supporté par Obama couterait de 100 à 200 milliards de dollars aux Américains chaque année, argent qui irait dans les coffres du gouvernement et d’institutions privées ou mondiales.

Le Chicago Climate Exchange est fortement influencé par Obama et la cohorte de politiciens et puissants acteurs tels que Al Gore et Maurice Strong. Gore, l’auto-proclamé « Saint Patron de l’environnement », achète ses crédits de carbone de sa propre compagnie Generation Investment Management LLP qui possède des bureaux à Washington et à Londres. Il est aussi fondateur et directeur de Alliance for Climate Protection et en 2004 en plus d’être le co-fondateur de Generation Investment Management (LLP), un fond d’investissement (Hedge Fund) basé en Angleterre, avec David Blood, ancien chef exécutif de Goldman Sachs Asset Management. La firme vise à investir dans le domaine des technologies et solutions “vertes” pour combattre de réchauffement climatique et dans le marché des échanges des crédits sur le CO2. LLP possède une influence considérable sur les firmes d’échange de crédits du carbone, incluant le Chicago Climate Exchange.

Al Gore s’est joint à un groupe de capital-risque nommé Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. La firme a effectué des investissements de 500$ millions dans la firme de technologies vertes Green Growth Fund et le groupe a annoncé un autre 700$ millions qui seront investis sur les prochaines années dans ce même domaine.

La NASA s’était plaint de son bureau de presse interne qui « marginalisait ou représentait mal » les études sur le réchauffement climatique entre 2004 et 2006, selon un rapport du vérificateur général de l’agence spatiale, qui nommait cette attitude « d’inappropriée et d’interférence politique » par des officiels politiques nommés au bureau de presse de la NASA. Simon Linnett, exécutif vice-président de Rothschild a lancé un appel en faveur d’une nouvelle entité internationale, l’Agence mondiale de l’environnement, pour réguler les échanges de carbones. Il explique qu’à moins que les gouvernements cèdent de leur souveraineté à une nouvelle agence mondiale, un tel marché d’échanges des crédits du carbone ne pourrait fonctionner.

Le chef de l’environnement à l’ONU, Achim Steiner, veut une taxe globale sur le réchauffement climatique. Selon les chiffres du GIEC, il en couterait environ $100 trillions ( $100 000 000 000 000 ) pour éviter un réchauffement des températures de 1 degré Celsius en réduisant les émissions de CO2, même si on croit que les changements climatiques sont réellement causés par l’homme. $100 trillions divisé par le nombre d’habitants de la planète revient à environ $16 000 par personne. Avec le tiers de l’humanité qui ne mange déjà pas à sa faim, comment peut-on espérer payer ce montant et imposer cela à ceux qui gagnent moins de $2 par jour?

La majeure partie du financement des groupes environnementaux et du GIEC provient de groupes comme la Fondation Rockefeller et l’agenda de taxation globale est aussi appuyé par des intérêts pétroliers. En effet, de nombreuses compagnies pétrolières sont parmi les plus importants promoteurs de la propagande de la théorie du réchauffement climatique causé par l’homme et n’hésitent pas à demander une taxe globale sur le carbone. Lors de la tenue de la Commission Trilatérale en 2007, un des trois pilier du nouvel ordre mondial en alliance avec les Bilderberg et le CFR (Council on Foreign Relations), se sont rencontrés pour formuler une politique pour mieux exploiter la peur du réchauffement climatique pour augmenter les taxes et le contrôle sur la façon dont les occidentaux vont vivre leur vie.

À cette rencontre, le président européen de la Commission Trilatérale, des Bilderberg et président de British Petroleum (BP), Peter Sutherland, a lancé « un cri de bataille universel pour s’occuper du réchauffement climatique d’une seule voix ». Lui faisant écho, se trouvait le Général Lord Guthrie, directeur de N.M. Rothschild & Sons, membre de la House of Lords et ancien chef de la Défense à Londres, a supplié la Commission Trilatérale de « faire face à la crise du réchauffement climatique d’une seule voix et d’imposer des règlements à l’échelle de la planète ». Aucun doute que cela saura rapporter beaucoup de profits à l’empire familial des Rothschild dû à leur propriété personnelle d’une grande partie du marché sur le carbone.

Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a publié un texte d’opinion dans le The New York Times parlant des critères de réussite pour la prochaine conférence sur le climat à Copenhague. Parmi ces critères, Ki-moon a suggéré qu’une « structure de gouvernance globale » soit établie pour s’assurer que les nations collaborent à la manière dont les ressources seront déployées et utilisées.

Un des leader de Greenpeace a aussi avoué que les affirmations selon lesquelles les glaces en Arctique fondent et sont sur le point de disparaître sont exagérées pour forcer les gens à appuyer leur agenda..

Refroidissement des ardeurs du culte du réchauffement climatique et du climat

La réalité est que le climat se refroidit depuis au moins 7 ans, si ce n’est pas depuis 1998. Des records de froid et de neige sont battus presque à tous les jours à travers le monde, mais ils sont ignorés par les médias, les politiciens et les scientifiques reliés au GIEC. Nous savons, avec les carottes glacières et la géologie, que les changements climatiques sont majoritairement naturels et cycliques, influencé par le Soleil et certains mécanismes cosmiques.

Voilà ce qui arrive quand la science est pervertie par l’argent et les agendas politiques, le pouvoir. C’est la fin d’une grande fraude scientifique et politique. Le sommet de Copenhague peut être annulé. C’est une perte d’argent et de temps, alors qu’en attendant, nous ne nous attaquons pas aux vrais problèmes de pollution, de surexploitation des ressources de la planète et de répartition des ressources disponibles pour enrayer la pauvreté.

Chaos In The Snow As Winter Bites Early

DAYS of heavy snow have brought chaos, death and an early start to the skiing season to parts of Europe.

Skiers are being told they can expect a sensational season after three feet of snow led many Alpine resorts to open two weeks early.

But the unseasonably early cold snap also cut power to thousands of homes and caused at least three deaths.

Pistes are already open in Austria, and there has also been heavy snow in France, Italy and Switzerland. Similar early falls last year saw the best conditions in Europe for more than 20 years.

The Alpine ski season got off to an early start last week after a drop in temperature led to an early snowfall.

Southern California has gone from a heat wave to a cold streak, with several cities around the region reporting record low temperatures.

The biggest storm to hit Colorado in October in twelve years is leaving roads packed with snow and ice and while crews are being credited with doing a pretty good job of keeping roads cleared, the snow is falling faster than crews can clear it.

As of the end of the day on October 29th, the total snowfall recorded at the National Weather Service office in Cheyenne, WY for the month of October reached 28.0 inches. This sets a new record for the most snowfall ever recorded in Cheyenne for the month of October. The previous record was 23.1 inches which was measured in October of 1906.

Storm brought record snowfall to Fort Collins in October

The storm that slammed Fort Collins on Wednesday and today is officially one for the record books.

The storm's 21.1-inch accumulation is the largest snowfall ever recorded in the city in October.

Records kept at CSU show that the previous record was 20 inches.

World getting cooler, not warmer, insists Bellamy

Prof Bellamy said temperature fluctuations are part of the natural process. “The argument [for man-made global warming] is going downhill. Climate change is a completely natural thing. It is based on the sun, and at the moment we are into the 24th sun cycle and there has been no sunspots for two years. The last time that happened, the Thames froze over.”

NCDC: October USA – temperature 3rd coldest on record, wettest ever on record

The average October temperature of 50.8°F was 4.0°F below the 20th Century average and ranked as the 3rd coolest based on preliminary data.

For the nation as a whole, it was the third coolest October on record. The month was marked by an active weather pattern that reinforced unseasonably cold air behind a series of cold fronts. Temperatures were below normal in eight of the nation’s nine climate regions, and of the nine, five were much below normal. Only the Southeast climate region had near normal temperatures for October.

Canada frosts the most widespread in recent memory

The multiple frosts that have blanketed Western Canada in the last week are the most widespread in the top canola-growing province of Saskatchewan in at least five years, the Canola Council of Canada said on Tuesday.

Two overnight frosts last week have already resulted in some Saskatchewan farmers reseeding their canola, a Canadian variant of rapeseed, said Jim Bessel, senior agronomy specialist in the province for the industry group Canola Council.

Global Warming or Global Cooling? A New Trend in Climate Alarmism

This is the new trend in climate alarmism. Previously the measure of global warming has always been air temperatures. But all the satellite data says air temperatures have been in a mild down trend starting 2002. The land thermometers preferred by the alarmists showed warming until 2006, but even they show a cooling trend developing since then.

(Land thermometers cannot be trusted because, even in the USA, 89 per cent of them fail siting guidelines that they be more than 30 meters from an artificial heating or radiating/reflecting heat source, and their data is forever being “corrected”.)

Ocean temperatures were not properly measured until mid-2003, when the Argo network became operational.

This historical global temperature chart clearly shows that nothing is happening now that has not happened in the last three thousand years. We are not to blame for the global warming that has been going on for the last 100 plus years. Actually it has been getting cooler the last ten years, so what is all the hype about this global warming? Science of global warming doesn't support the hype

Think how people in Chicago feel. They're going through the coldest winter in a quarter-century, and the ninth-coldest of all time.

In fact, six of the 10 hottest years came before 1954, with the 1930s being particularly toasty. Ever hear of the Dust Bowl?

Researchers from the Los Alamos National Laboratory discovered that the rate of warming in Greenland between 1920 and 1930 was 50 percent higher than today. And the glaciers were smaller.

Ice cores taken from a Russian research site in the Antarctic reveal that when you go back in time, the theory of global warming seems to put the cart before the horse. We are told that greenhouse gases build up and cause temperatures to rise.

But an analysis of the ice cores shows the temperature goes up first, followed by an increase in greenhouse gases. The heat is triggered by other natural phenomenon, such as solar radiation. This heats up the ocean, which releases carbon dioxide.

The amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere right now actually is downright paltry compared with what it has been during Earth's history.

New Milepost for Arctic Sea Ice Extent

Two of the Arctic ice sites show April 16 ice at recent record levels. The Japanese site IJIS has a seven year April record going back to 2003, and reports 2009 levels at the highest extent on record for the date: 13,649,219 km2.

The Danish Meteorological Institute has a five year database, and also shows April 16 ice extent as the highest in their short record. A plot of April 16 extent made from the IJIS database shows that mid April ice extent has made a nice recovery from the 2004 low, increasing by more than 5%. This is probably not coincidental with the fact that since 2003, global temperatures have been declining.

A full analysis of satellite-measured lower tropospheric temperatures indicates that none of the global temperature variations from 1978 to 2008 can be attributed to the effect of carbon dioxide as a greenhouse gas. The record shows global climate oscillations with a period of three to five years and a peak-to-peak amplitude of 0.4 to 0.5 degrees Celsius about a common, fixed mean temperature that lasted from 1978 to 1997. Since this mean temperature did not change for twenty years the late twentieth century warming touted by IPCC and others simply did not happen.

Global Cooling Continues

Continuing a decade-long trend of declining global temperatures, the year 2008 was significantly colder than 2007, and global temperatures for the year were below the average over the past 30 years.

The global temperature data, reported by NASA satellite-based temperature measurements, refuted predictions 2008 would be one of the warmest on record.

Shocker: 'Global warming' simply no longer happening

The modest global warming trend has stopped – maybe even reversed itself.

And it's not just the record low temperatures experienced in much of the world this winter.

For at least the last five years, global temperatures have been falling, according to tracking performed by Roy Spencer, the climatologist formerly of NASA.

A new study by Florida State University researcher Ryan Maue shows worldwide cyclone activity – typhoons, as well as hurricanes – has reached at least a 30-year low.

Two more studies – one by the Leibniz Institute of Marine Science and the Max Planck Institute of Meteorology in Germany and another by the University of Wisconsin – predict a slowing, or even a reversal of warming, for at least the next 10 to 20 years.

The Arctic sea ice has grown more on a percentage basis this winter than it has since 1979.

The number of polar bears has risen 25 percent in the past decade. There are 15,000 of them in the Arctic now, where 10 years ago there were 12,000.

"The most recent global warming that began in 1977 is over, and the Earth has entered a new phase of global cooling," says Don Easterbrook, professor of geology at Western Washington University in Bellingham, confidently. He maintains a switch in Pacific Ocean currents "assures about three decades of global cooling. New solar data showing unusual absence of sun spots and changes in the sun’s magnetic field suggest ... the present episode of global cooling may be more severe than the cooling of 1945 to 1977."

Climatologist Joe D’Aleo of the International Climate and Environmental Change Assessment Project, says new data "show that in five of the last seven decades since World War II, including this one, global temperatures have cooled while carbon dioxide has continued to rise."

"The data suggest cooling not warming in Earth's future," he says.

“(The sun) might (1) revert to the old solar cycles or (2) the sun might go even quieter into a “Dalton Minimum” or a Grand Minima such as the “Maunder Minimum”. It is still a little early to predict which way it will swing. Each of these two possibilities holds a great threat to our nation.

The United States has shivered through an unusually severe winter, with snow falling in such unlikely destinations as New Orleans, Las Vegas, Alabama, and Georgia. On Dec. 25, every Canadian province woke up to a white Christmas, something that hadn't happened in 37 years. Earlier this year, Europe was gripped by such a killing cold wave that trains were shut down in the French Riviera and chimpanzees in the Rome Zoo had to be plied with hot tea. Last week, satellite data showed three of the Great Lakes - Erie, Superior, and Huron - almost completely frozen over. In Washington, D.C., what was supposed to be a massive rally against global warming was upstaged by the heaviest snowfall of the season, which paralyzed the capital.

Meanwhile, the National Snow and Ice Data Center has acknowledged that due to a satellite sensor malfunction, it had been underestimating the extent of Arctic sea ice by 193,000 square miles - an area the size of Spain. In a new study, University of Wisconsin researchers Kyle Swanson and Anastasios Tsonis conclude that global warming could be going into a decades-long remission. The current global cooling "is nothing like anything we've seen since 1950," Swanson told Discovery News. Yes, global cooling: 2008 was the coolest year of the past decade - global temperatures have not exceeded the record high measured in 1998, notwithstanding the carbon-dioxide that human beings continue to pump into the atmosphere.

Record Low Temperatures Hit Northeast

As politicians in Washington, DC debate what to do about global warming, the Northeast has been hit with record low temperatures this morning.

According to ABC News, the cities of Binghamton and Rochester in New York and Hartford, CT experienced record lows for July today.

Meanwhile, here in the Granite State, temperatures in Concord fell to 47-degress this morning, the lowest since 1940. Temperatures in Portsmouth came within one degree of the lowest ever in July.

Crops under stress as temperatures fall

For the second time in little over a year, it looks as though the world may be heading for a serious food crisis, thanks to our old friend “climate change”. In many parts of the world recently the weather has not been too brilliant for farmers. After a fearsomely cold winter, June brought heavy snowfall across large parts of western Canada and the northern states of the American Midwest. In Manitoba last week, it was -4ºC. North Dakota had its first June snow for 60 years.

New York Fails to Hit 90 Degrees for June, July for Second Time

The high in New York City today is forecast to hover around 80 degrees, making it only the second time on record that June and July temperatures failed to reach 90, the National Weather Service said.

Central Park thermometers haven’t touched 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32.2 Celsius) since April, and if this holds through today the month would be one of the 10 coolest Julys on record, according to the weather service records.

Coldest July In Iowa Since 1893?

July isn't over yet but if current weather patterns hold Iowa could be on track for one of the coldest Julys in more than a hundred years.

Climatologist Harry Hillaker said if temperatures stay below 90 for the rest of the month, it would be the first time since 1893 that Iowa has missed a 90-degree reading in July. The current KCCI Super Doppler forecast shows only highs in the low 80s for the rest of the month.

It's not just Iowa not feeling the heat this summer. The National Weather Service said Chicago has seen the coldest July in 67 years, with an average temperature this month of 68.9 degrees.

Temperatures dropped to a record low in Prince Edward Island overnight Tuesday, with reports of frost throughout the province.

An official record low of 3.8 C was set early Wednesday morning at Charlottetown airport.

The previous record for that date was 5.1 C, set in 2005.

Bob Robichaud, a meteorologist with Environment Canada, said that to his knowledge, frost has never been reported before in July in P.E.I.

“That 3.8 we got last night kind of sticks out as being lower than some of the other records for anytime in early July,” Robichaud told CBC News on Wednesday.

Bad news for Catlin Expedition: Satellite Data Shows Arctic Cooling in February and March

As reported by Anthony, RSS satellite temperature data is out for March. And as the Catlin adventurers have discovered, it has been “stupidly cold” in the Arctic. March was the second consecutive month of below normal Arctic temperatures, and the continuation of a four year cooling trend - as seen below. Google’s linest() function shows that since the beginning of 2005, Arctic temperatures have been cooling at a rate of 1.8 degrees C per decade, or 18C per century ( see comments). Also note that Arctic monthly temperature anomaly now is about three degrees lower than in January, 1981.

Recent satellite observations from the Arctic indicate that spring ice melting is beginning at a lower rate than normal this year. According to the National Snow and Ice Data Center, the area of ice-covered ocean has decreased only about 750,000 km2 from its peak value at the end of February, compared to a normal decline of 1.1 million km2 by late April. If this trend continues, the annual ice melt in 2009 may be less than in recent years, and the late summer Arctic ice extent may rebound from its well-publicized downtrend.

Thick Arctic ice surprises scientific expedition

Non, on se frappe à un dogme sectaire. Pour eux, poser des questions sérieuses à ce propos signifie rejeter toute la science et les avancées de la médecine, comme si on rejetait tout en bloc. Voilà d’où vient leur extrémisme. Pas capable de voir la vie avec toutes ses nuances et celles provenant des autres.

Ils vont vous faire sentir inadéquats, inaptes à penser par vous-même ( il faut des “experts”, voyons donc, pour vous dire quoi penser, vous êtes bien trop caves pour comprendre par vous-même, vous savez, comme dans le temps de l’Église…), imbéciles et tout le reste.

Est-ce que cela a du sens? Je ne crois pas. Mais nous nous faisons taxer de dérapage pour en venir à cette conclusion. Il faudrait CROIRE et avoir la FOI que la vaccination fonctionne, et CROIRE que c’est prouvé depuis le temps, sans preuves quelconques. Où sont ces preuves? OÙ????

La même situation pourrait s’appliquer avec la science qui nous adonné les OGM, le fluorure dans l’eau et les dentifrices, le réchauffement climatique causé par le CO2, la miouf, le Vioxx, la bombe atomique, l’uranium appauvri, l’eugénisme, le plomb et le mercure dans les dents, etc. Ce n’est pas parce qu’on PEUT faire quelque chose qu’il fait du SENS de le faire.

Fox News Poll: Worries About Safety of Swine Flu Vaccine Persist

The H1N1 flu vaccine has been rolling out more slowly than many public health officials had hoped. But a recent Fox News poll suggests that even when the vaccine becomes more widely available, concern over its safety may prevent many at-risk Americans from getting vaccinated.

Nearly equal numbers are more afraid of the side effects from the swine flu vaccine as are afraid of getting the flu itself (35 percent vaccine compared to 37 percent flu). “Des laboratoires fédéraux, dont celui qui manipule des échantillons de la grippe A (H1N1), ont du mal à retracer les virus et les bactéries qu’ils manipulent.

Une vérification récente de l’Agence de la santé publique du Canada (ASPC) conclut que des contrôles déficients dans des établissements fédéraux pourraient mener à la disparition d’agents pathogènes dangereux ou à un usage non autorisé.

“Les systèmes de suivi et les procédures actuellement en usage rendent difficilement compte des agents pathogènes manipulés en laboratoire”, affirment les auteurs du document.

Les découvertes de l’agence fédérale, un peu plus tôt cette année, concernent une période durant laquelle des scientifiques du Laboratoire national de microbiologie, à Winnipeg, étudiaient des centaines d’échantillons de ce qui s’est révélé être le virus de la grippe porcine.

La vérification souligne que le problème est en partie attribuable au fait que chaque laboratoire a sa propre manière de conserver ses échantillons.

Ainsi, le Laboratoire national de microbiologie a perdu la trace, un peu plus tôt cette année, de 22 flacons contenant du matériel biologique.

Un scientifique aurait volé des flacons contenant le gène du virus Ebola en janvier. Mais la direction du Laboratoire national de microbiologie n’a appris la disparition des flacons qu’en mai, soit lorsque les autorités américaines ont arrêté l’ancien employé à un poste frontalier séparant le Manitoba et le Dakota du Nord.

La disparition de ces fioles est longtemps passée inaperçue parce que des dizaines de milliers de ces flacons contenant du matériel non infectieux sont conservés dans les réfrigérateurs et congélateurs du laboratoire.

Le chef du Laboratoire national de microbiologie, le docteur Frank Plummer, avait alors assuré que les agents pathogènes à très haut risque étaient soumis à un suivi très rigoureux et que les employés les manipulant travaillaient selon des normes de sécurité strictes.”

La mort de cette personne suite à la vaccination pourrait remonter à plusieurs semaines.. pourquoi a t on attendu pour nous en parler ? Bin voyons pour respecter l’anonymat de la famille en deuil. Le 2 octobre, Kathleen Sebelius, secrétaire de Health and Human Services (HHS, Services de santé et à la personne) a déclaré à la presse et à environ 50 membres de la communauté de l’autisme, qu’une étude inédite du CDC (Centres de contrôle et de prévention des maladies) montre que l’incidence du TSA chez l’enfant de 8 ans né en 1996 était de 1 sur 100. Les deux dernières études de l’agence sur les enfants nés en 1992 et 1994 évaluait cette incidence à 1 sur 150.

Le 5 octobre, la revue Pediatrics a publié le résultat du « Sondage national de 2007 sur la santé des enfants » du Bureau de la Santé Infantile du HHS. Il montre que, chez les enfants de 3 à 17 ans, 1 sur 91 est autiste. (…)

En comparaison, depuis le début de la soi disant pandémie qui n’en est pas une, la Suède a enregistré 6 MORTS de la grippe….

Il y a tout de même eu à ce jour 5 personnes décédées en Suède suite à la vaccination plus le cas du petit Kevin. Vous n’avez pas l’impression que ce genre de tableau démontre si il en était besoin que la vaccination fait plus de dégâts que la grippe AH1N1 ?

Entendons nous bien, pour les familles dans lesquelles un membre décède, c’est toujours un drame terrible. Selon moi, au Québec, ce qu’il aurait fallut faire, c’est tout de même, au lieu de vacciner à tout va à la chaîne des tas de gens qui risquent tous d’avoir des effets secondaires, de prévoir une augmentation importante du nombre de lits aux urgences, une augmentation de respirateurs artificiels pour pouvoir pallier aux cas graves, et proposer aux gens des méthodes de préventions bien moins invasives que ce qui a été fait. Ce que je reproche profondément à ce vaccin, c’est que d’une part il a été fabriqué n’importe comment, à toute allure, personne ne sait précisément quelles seront les conséquences à long terme et que mondialement, le bilan de la vaccination pourrait fort bien être bien pire que celui de la grippe. Ce que je reproche aux responsables de la santé publique, c’est qu’ils présentent le vaccin comme la SEULE et unique solution pour faire de la prévention, alors que cette solution n’est pas sans danger et loin s’en faut. Ce que je reproche aux journalistes c’est d’avoir pendant des mois , proposé qu’un côté de la médaille et d’avoir balayé négligemment d’un revers de main toutes les sonnettes d’alarmes que nous n’avons pas manqué de tirer dans le monde entier. Ce que je reproche aux médecins, c’est de suivre aveuglément les recommandations de l’OMS sans réaliser une seconde que ce ne sont que les recommandations, pour ne pas dire les ordres, des industries pharmaceutiques.

Dans l’histoire de la vaccination, je prédis déjà que la vaccination de la grippe AH1N1 , tout comme celle de l’Hépatite B, seront montrées en exemple de tout ce qu’il ne faut pas faire pour prévenir une pandémie.

J’ai appris que les vaccins contre la polio que l’on m’a donné quand j’étais enfant, ont été fabriqué sur des cellules irradiées et donc cancéreuses..En m’injectant le vaccin , on m’ inoculait des cellules cancéreuses. Et cela s’est fait pendant des décennies sur des populations entières consentantes , obéissantes et ignorantes avant que cela ne cesse, vu qu’ on a fini par établir un doute tout de même quant à la possibilité que ces pratiques puissent provoquer des cancers. Remarquez qu’il aurait peut être été judicieux de se poser la question avant .

On a franchit encore une autre marche dans le jeu des apprentis sorciers, maintenant les tout nouveaux vaccins sont fabriqués à base de thérapie génique, ce qui veut dire en clair, puisqu’ on est encore totalement incapables d’isoler totalement UN gène, que pour le vaccin de l’hépatite B par exemple, on inocule des gênes dont on ne sait pas trop quelle va être leur action dans le corps des personnes que l’on vaccine, puisque dans ces paquets de gènes, il y en a dont on ne sait même pas à quoi ils correspondent.

Nous n’avons que trop bien constaté la catastrophe que ce vaccin a causé dans la population française pour ne pas se méfier sérieusement de celui ci.

”The New York Times joined the government Health Agency (HRSA) and its big pharma allies hailing the decisions as proof that the scientific doubts about vaccine safety had finally been “demolished.” The US Department of Health and Human services said the rulings should “help reassure parents that vaccines do not cause autism.” The Times, which has made itself a blind mouthpiece for HRSA and a leading defender of vaccine safety, joined crowing government and vaccine industry flacks applauding the decisions like giddy cheerleaders, rooting for the same court that many of these same voices viscously derided just one year ago, after Hannah Poling won compensation for her vaccine induced autism.

But last week, the parents of yet another child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) were awarded a lump sum of more than $810,000 (plus an estimated $30-40,000 per year for autism services and care) in compensation by the Court, which ruled that the measels-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine had caused acute brain damage that led to his autism spectrum disorder.

The family of 10-year-old Bailey Banks won their case quietly and without fanfare in June of 2007, but the ruling has only now come to public attention. In the remarkably clear and eloquent decision, Special Master Richard Abell ruled that the Banks had successfully demonstrated that “the MMR vaccine at issue actually caused the conditions from which Bailey suffered and continues to suffer.”

Bailey’s diagnosis is Pervasive Developmental Disorder — Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS) which has been recognized as an autism spectrum disorder by CDC, HRSA and the other federal health agencies since at least the 1990s.

In his conclusion, Special Master Abell ruled that Petitioners had proven that the MMR had directly caused a brain inflammation illness called acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) which, in turn, had caused the autism spectrum disorder PDD-NOS in the child:

The Court found that Bailey’s ADEM was both caused-in-fact and proximately caused by his vaccination. It is well-understood that the vaccination at issue can cause ADEM, and the Court found, based upon a full reading and hearing of the pertinent facts in this case, that it did actually cause the ADEM. Furthermore, Bailey’s ADEM was severe enough to cause lasting, residual damage, and retarded his developmental progress, which fits under the generalized heading of Pervasive Developmental Delay, or PDD [an autism spectrum disorder]. The Court found that Bailey would not have suffered this delay but for the administration of the MMR vaccine, and that this chain of causation was… a proximate sequence of cause and effect leading inexorably from vaccination to Pervasive Developmental Delay.

The Bailey decision is not an isolated ruling. We now know of at least two other successful ADEM cases argued in Vaccine Court. More significantly, an explosive investigation by CBS News has found that since 1988, the vaccine court has awarded money judgments, often in the millions of dollars, to thirteen hundred and twenty two families whose children suffered brain damage from vaccines. In many of these cases, the government paid out awards following a judicial finding that vaccine injury lead to the child’s autism spectrum disorder. In each of these cases, the plaintiffs’ attorneys made the same tactical decision made by Bailey Bank’s lawyer, electing to opt out of the highly charged Omnibus Autism Proceedings and argue their autism cases in the regular vaccine court. In many other successful cases, attorneys elected to steer clear of the hot button autism issue altogether and seek recovery instead for the underlying brain damage that caused their client’s autism.

Medical records associated with these proceedings clearly tell the tale. In perhaps hundreds of these cases, the children have all the classic symptoms of regressive autism; following vaccination a perfectly healthy child experiences high fever, seizures, and other illnesses, then gradually, over about three months, loses language, the ability to make eye contact, becomes “over-focused” and engages in stereotypical head banging and screaming and then suffers developmental delays characteristic of autism. Many of these children had received the autism diagnosis. Yet the radioactive word “autism” appears nowhere in the decision.

Instead the vaccine court Special Masters rest their judgments on their finding that the vaccines caused some generalized brain injury, mainly Encephalopathy/encephalitis (brain inflammation) or “seizure disorders” — conditions known to cause autism-like symptoms. A large number of the children who have won these judgments have been separately diagnosed with autism. HRSA acknowledged this fact in a recent letter, but told us it does not keep data on how many of these children were autistic.

The Vaccine Court, in other words, seems quite willing to award millions of dollars in taxpayer funded compensation to vaccine-injured autistic children, so long as they don’t have to call the injury by the loaded term “autism.” That hazard is particularly acute for vaccine victims who appear before the Omnibus Autism Proceedings (OAP). Since that body’s decisions are closely watched, published and accorded the weight of precedent, many lawyers consider the burden of proof for petitioners to be impossibly high before the OAP Panel. It was for this reason that Bailey’s attorney, Mark McLaren, elected to opt out of the OAP and try his case separately, even though Bailey has been receiving autism-related services in his home state and was eligible to file a case in the Court’s Omnibus Autism Proceedings (OAP).”

C’est quoi le problème exactement?

Aux É-U, il y avait tellement de poursuites devant les tribunaux de droit commun fondées sur les dommages causés par les vaccins que le gouvernement fédéral a créé un tribunal administratif spécial traiter spécialement uniquement ces cas.

L’article précité explique que lorsqu’il est allégué dans les action intentées devant ce tribunal spécial qu’un ou plusieurs vaccins ont causé l’autisme chez le demandeur, les causes sont rejetées.

PAR CONTRE, dans les causes ou on n’alléguait pas spécifiquementl’autisme , celles-ci ont été accueillies pour 1 322 familles dont l’enfant a subi des dommages au cerveau en conséquence des vaccins, et des dommages de plusieurs millions $ ont été accordés dans plusieurs cas.

Three dozen people had 'serious' reaction to H1N1 shot

OTTAWA - The country's chief public health officer says few Canadians have suffered serious side effects from the swine-flu shot.

Dr. David Butler-Jones says that of the 6.5 million people who have received the H1N1 vaccine, only 36 have had serious adverse reactions.

"With any vaccination campaign, we expect to see some cases of serious adverse events," he said. "They are very rare, but they are part of all mass-vaccination campaigns and we expect to see a small number of them."

More serious reactions can include life-threatening illnesses, hospitalizations, disabilities or deaths.

One person is believed to have died from a serious reaction to the vaccine, Butler-Jones said, but the death hasn't yet been conclusively linked to the flu shot. He said it's possible the elderly person who died suffered from an underlying condition.

All the serious side effects came after shots of the adjuvanted vaccine, which contains a compound to boost the vaccine's potency. Butler-Jones said that's likely because the vast majority of people being vaccinated are getting the adjuvanted vaccine.

A version of the vaccine without the booster is being held for pregnant women.

Butler-Jones said the serious side effects from the H1N1 shot fall into two categories: allergic reactions, or fevers and convulsions.

Mild effects, such as nausea, soreness, headaches and fever, are far more common reactions to the swine-flu shot - just as they are for all vaccines.

The federal government says it will list adverse reactions to the H1N1 vaccine on its www.fightflu.ca website.

So far, 198 people have died of swine flu. By comparison, seasonal flu kills between 4,000 to 8,000 Canadians each year.

«Organisez la vaccination! c’est ça votre job! arrêtez de faire de la télévision et faites donc votre job!»

Les gens sont habitués d’obéir, ça n’a aucun sens d’être soumis de la sorte. Nous sommes condamnés depuis l’enfance à être soumis, à ne pas réfléchir, à ne pas user de notre jugement et c’est inacceptable. C’est ainsi que concluait l’honorable juge Andrée Ruffo, à la fin d’une entrevue sur la chaîne FM 98,5 en compagnie d’Isabelle Maréchal que je salue pour son indépendance d’esprit.

Personnalité connue et reconnue pour son sens critique, le moins qu’on puisse dire c’est que la juge Ruffo n’entend pas à rire avec le «charriage actuel» dans cette campagne de vaccination.

Pour remettre les pendules à l’heure, elle affirme que la pandémie fait moins de décès que la grippe saisonnière moyenne, pourtant les mesures mises en place pour s’en protéger, sont sans commune mesure avec la menace. «On ne parle que de ça. Les gens font la file avec leurs enfants pendant des heures au froid.»

À ceux qui rétorquent qu’elle n’est «ni médecin ni spécialiste et que le bon Dr. Poirier sait mieux que quiconque s’il faut se faire vacciner» elle répond:

Je suis un citoyen, j’ai à coeur ma santé et celle des gens qui m’entourent, je prend toutes les informations que je suis capable d’avoir, j’ai une capacité de juger et dans tout ce qu’on m’a dit, il n’y a rien, rien qui justifie cette panique. Il y a des gens en qui j’ai confiance, le doc Laberge, des gens que j’écoute avec beaucoup d’attention. Et il y en a d’autres qui sont des vendeurs de peur, des vendeurs de vaccins et des vendeurs d’autres choses. Non, je ne suis pas médecin mais j’ai quand même de l’intelligence et je suis capable de juger des choses.

Qu’est-ce qu’on fait quand on a la grippe ? on reste chez soi, on se soigne, on se repose. Est-ce qu’il y a quelque chose de différent des autres grippes qu’on a connues ? Non, pas du tout.

Elle remarque que du fait d’être reconnue comme étant une personne avec une capacité de réfléchir, elle devient une référence, racontant que lorsqu’elle sort pour faire ses courses, les gens la regardent avec des yeux inquiets et la questionnent.

On lui demande: «Vous Mme Ruffo, qu’est-ce que vous en pensez ? [de la vaccination massive] À cette question elle répond en substance:

Moi je ne me fais pas vacciner, je fais attention (mesures préventives) et malgré ça, si j’ai la grippe, je resterai chez moi, je me reposerai, c’est tout, je ne me ferai pas vacciner. C’est pas vrai, c’est pas nécessaire.

Il ne faut pas toujours attendre que l’autre réfléchisse pour soi, ou qu’il nous donne la solution. Réfléchis toi! décide toi! est-ce que ton enfant a une maladie chronique? est-ce qu’il y a quelque chose de particulier chez toi? réfléchis pour toi, moi je réfléchis pour moi.

Je ne suis pas d’accord avec ce qui se passe. Arrêtez de nous charrier ! Arrêtez de nous faire peur !Il faut être capable de dire: «Je ne suis pas d’accord avec ce qui se passe. Arrêtez de nous charrier ! Arrêtez de nous faire peur !»

Faites votre job

J’en ai marre, jamais je ne ferai les kilomètres et les 7 – 8 heures d’attente, je trouve que c’est d’une telle grossièreté et d’un tel mépris. Arrêtez de vous promener à la télévision pour nous dire n’importe quelle sottise, je ne peux plus vous voir. Allez dans votre bureau, réfléchissez vous aussi et organisez donc la vie des citoyens c’est pour ça qu’on vous a élus. Allez vacciner les enfants à l’école.

Elle souligne le ridicule d’envoyer les personnes atteintes du cancer se faire vacciner ailleurs que dans leur unité de soins. Elle mentionne que si son père était dans cette situation, elle deviendrait violente:

«Je m’excuse,» dit-elle, «je pense que je deviendrais TRÈS VIOLENTE… et pour les enfants, je prendrais la parole, je le dirais, je hurlerais, je fermerais la porte mais on ne charrierait pas mon fils ou ma fille dans des situations comme ça. Il faut arrêter de se laisser faire. Il faut arrêter d’être passif.»

Elle a vu comme nous tous, les parents avec des poussettes munies de parapluies attendant au froid, leur précieuse dose de vaccin. Elle se demande où est notre bon sens… (et elle n’est pas la seule à se le demander)

Isabelle Maréchal souligne le fait qu’un peu avant la panique générale, les sondages démontraient que beaucoup de citoyens ne voulaient pas se faire vacciner. Elle ajoute qu’on a entendu toutes sortes d’inepties, entre autres du ministre Bolduc qui disait: «Si ça prend un décret, une loi spéciale, s’il faut les forcer on le fera ! » Elle rappelle que le personnel médical s’était fait menacer de perte de salaire…

Ce à quoi la juge Ruffo répond:

Mais il se prend pour qui lui? et où se croit-il?

Pression indue, abusive, c’était illégal de menacer qui que ce soit de décret et personne ne s’est levé pour dire: «Vous Monsieur le ministre, ça suffit. Organisez donc la vaccination pour ceux qui en veulent et fichez-nous la paix, on est capable de réfléchir.»

Moi je voudrais bien un décret pour me faire vacciner. Je me ferais un plaisir de le contester. Il y a des limites à charrier les gens. Et là tout d’un coup, comme des moutons habitués à obéir, on est passé de 35% à peut-être 80% [dans les intentions de recevoir le vaccin] et on passe de nombreuses heures à attendre le vaccin.

Je refuse que notre peuple soit obéissant, qu’il subisse le mépris, qu’il se fasse charrier, menacer par des gens qui ne sont même pas capables de faire leur travail.

Le ministre de la Santé, Yves Bolduc, est vertement critiqué présentement pour sa façon de diriger la campagne de vaccination massive au Québec. Présentement, la Fédération interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec dénonce les propos « méprisants » du ministre Bolduc. Source

Si ce n’était que du mépris ! J’ai trouvé, depuis le jour où le ministre Bolduc s’est fait vacciner, que le Québec avait l’air d’une dictature en déclin, où une propagande de peur, soutenue par les médias de masse, avait pris place pour convaincre les Québécoises et les Québécois d’aller relever leur manche.

Durant l’émission de Christiane Charette du vendredi 6 novembre 2009, Nathalie Petrowski disait que l’attitude du ministre Bolduc était « soviétique ». Plusieurs ont peut-être jugé que c’était un bien grand mot pour décrire la gestion du ministre, même moi-même. Aujourd’hui, je crois que le terme « soviétique » a été très bien choisi.

Écoutez l’émission, et soyez bien attentifs à partir de la quinzième minute (Lien pour l’émission). Le ministre Bolduc dit :

Et ce qu’on vit au Québec, on l’a vérifié en France ,ils vivent la même chose actuellement, y’a une pénurie de vaccin aussi en France(...)ils ne sont pas capables de vacciner rapidement leur population...

Menteur ! La campagne de vaccination en France n’avait même pas débuté dans la population. Seul le personnel de la santé avait eu droit au vaccin. De plus, seul 10% du personnel de la santé a accepté de se faire vacciner.

Surtout, lisez l’article. Il semble que la ministre de la Santé en France, Roselyne Bachelot, a eu la même idée que le docteur Bolduc.

Je veux être clair : le ministre Bolduc a menti. Si les Québécoises et le Québécois ne se tiennent pas debout face à ce mensonge éhonté, jamais le peuple du Québec ne sera un pays. Jamais la France a manqué de vaccins et la campagne de vaccination se déroulait à merveille car, puisque seulement 10% du personnel infirmier a fait la file pour recevoir le vaccin, je vois bien mal comment ça aurait pu mal se dérouler.

The huge investments governments made in swine flu pandemic planning might not have been justified, an Ontario health official said Thursday.

"It's really not causing — and is not going to cause and nowhere has caused — significant levels of illness or death," said Dr. Richard Schabas, Ontario's former chief medical officer of health.

"But governments moved ahead regardless. They ramped up their response, spent a huge amount of money on vaccines and other things. I'm not sure the $1.5 billion includes the cost of new ventilators, the cost of Tamiflu stockpiles … the huge investment that's been put into planning for what has ultimately turned out to be, from a pandemic perspective, a dud."

Schabas is now the chief medical officer of health for Hastings and Prince Edward counties in eastern Ontario.

On Thursday, The Globe and Mail reported that Canada has so far spent $1.5 billion on the H1N1 vaccination campaign, twice as much as health officials had predicted. The H1N1 vaccine targets the strain of H1N1 influenza A virus causing the current swine flu pandemic.

Originally, it was estimated a single dose of the vaccine would cost $16. That cost has now risen to $30. The increasing cost is attributed in part to an unexpected surge in demand late last month.

By the time the immunization campaign is complete, the cost could exceed $2 billion.

In another development, an EKOS poll conducted exclusively for CBC News suggests more than half of Canadians surveyed believe concerns over the risk of H1N1 are exaggerated.

Of those polled, 53 per cent said the level of concern about swine flu is exaggerated, considering the real risks involved with the virus. Thirty-seven per cent said the concern was consistent with the level of risk, and 10 per cent said the level of risk was understated.

The survey of 3,502 people was conducted by telephone between Nov. 4 and Nov. 10, 2009, and has an error margin of plus or minus 1.7 percentage points, 19 times out of 20. Both landline and cellphone users were included.

"For the Ministry of Health to continue promoting fluoridation when there is this kind of evidence that it is real health risk is inexcusable" says Mark Atkin, Fluoride Action Network (NZ)'s co-representative on the Fluoridation-free NZ Coalition, adding "Only a few months ago we had further confirmation that fluoridation increases teenage male bone cancer rates. As has been said before, those who continue to promote fluoridation do so at the risk of future legal action against them."

Scientists in possible cold fusion breakthrough

Researchers at a US Navy laboratory have unveiled what they say is "significant" evidence of cold fusion, a potential energy source that has many skeptics in the scientific community.

If Cold Fusion were to be proven and the general public aware of it, it would change the world. Oil would be obsolete except as a lubricant and raw material for plastics. Offrir une prime aussi généreuse à l’un des artisans des pertes historiques de 40 milliards de dollars de la Caisse en 2008, et dont les Québécois vivront pendant encore plusieurs années les conséquences par des hausses de tarifs, est tout simplement impossible à justifier.

Le Parti Québécois dénonce vivement la prime de 1 million de dollars que versera la Caisse de dépôt et placement à l’ancien dirigeant Richard Guay.

Après avoir connu les pires résultats de son histoire et après avoir fait beaucoup moins bien que les grands fonds comparables, la Caisse peut difficilement justifier l’octroi d’une prime de départ aussi généreuse. Même si Jean Charest, avait affirmé en février dernier que tout le monde devait faire sa part dans le contexte économique actuel et qu’en l’occurrence, les commis de l’État ne pouvaient s’attendre à recevoir un boni cette année. Pourtant, Richard Guay est le troisième cas connu qui obtient une telle prime, après le PDG d’Hydro‑Québec, Thierry Vandal, et le secrétaire général du conseil exécutif et bras droit du premier ministre, Gérard Bibeau.

Ministers cancel 'Big Brother' database

Plans to store information about every phone call, email and internet visit in the United Kingdom have in effect been abandoned by the Government.

The Home Office confirmed the "Big Brother" scheme had been delayed until after the election amid protests that it would be intrusive and open to abuse. Although ministers publicly insisted yesterday that they remained committed to the scheme, they have decided not to include the contentious measure in next week's Queen's Speech, the Government's final legislative programme before the election.

A Florida jury ordered tobacco giant Philip Morris Thursday to pay $300 million in damages to a former smoker -- the largest fine ever in such a case. Ex-smoker Cindy Naugle suffers from severe emphysema. Naugle’s attorney Robert Kelley said: "Philip Morris refused to accept any responsibility for her emphysema, even though she was an addicted customer for 25 years." The Democratic chairman of the House Appropriations Committee is demanding greater accountability from the the Obama administration after gross inaccuracies were found on a government Web site that tracks jobs purportedly saved or created by the $787 billion stimulus plan.

In a statement late Monday, Rep. David Obey of Wisconsin, chairman of the House committee, called the inaccuracies "outrageous" and said the administration owes the American public "a commitment to work night and day to correct the ludicrous mistakes."

The day General McArthur signed the peace treaty with Japan half the weapons stored on Okinawa were shipped to Ho Chi Minh and General Giap who met these shipments at the docks of Hai Phong harbor with Lucien Conein, the CIA case officer for Diem.

So, who are the people that cause conflicts and wars?

Commercial mortgage lending down 54%

Commercial and multifamily mortgage lending in the U.S. fell 12 percent from the second quarter to the third quarter and is down 54 percent from year ago levels, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association.

The drop includes a year over year decrease in lending for all types of commercial properties. Loans for retail properties are down 62 percent. Loans for office properties are down 56 percent, MBA says.

Apartment lending is down 40 percent.

Goldman Sachs makes money through “trading.” For analogy, I suggest reviewing the history of another record-setting company for profits that “traded”: Enron. In the two-minute trailer to the documentary, “The smartest guys in the room,” CEO Jeffrey Skilling also says, “We are the good guys. We are on the side of angels.”

For your consideration: trading that does not produce goods and services is a euphemism for gambling (look it up).

U.S. Military Employs “Counterinsurgency” Strategy In Californian City

The U.S. military is aiding police in a California conduct “counterinsurgency” operations as part of a crack down on gang related violence in the city of Salinas, a relationship officials admit pushes the boundaries of the constitutional bar on the military operating within U.S. borders but one that should be expanded nationwide.

Obama: le bilan après un an

Voilà déjà une année d’écoulée depuis l’élection de Barack Obama. Comme je le prédisais à l’automne dernier, ce nouveau gouvernement élu sur un vent de changement, se révèlera n’être qu’une vaste illusion, une campagne de promesses vides et de faux espoirs. L’administration Obama n’est rien de plus que la continuité de celle de Bush. L’illusion du paradigme de la gauche et la droite, des Républicains et des Démocrates s’effondre. Il n’y a qu’UN parti politique aux États-Unis: Le parti de la guerre et de Wall Street, le tout orchestré par les banquiers privés de la banque centrale, la Federal Reserve Bank (Fed). Que les Américains votent pour un parti ou l’autre, l’agenda est le même. Il y a longtemps que les États-Unis sont tombés sous un coup d’État silencieux, probablement depuis la mort de JFK.

Voici de nombreux exemples de ce bilan négatif de l’administration Obama:

- L’administration Obama tente d’étouffer le dossier des courriels manquants de la Maison Blanche

Obama avait promis à l’Amérique plus de transparence. Cela ne s’est jamais vraiment concrétisé. Nombreux sont les exemples. L’administration Obama a décidé de suivre les pas de l’ancien président George W. Bush en tentant d’étouffer une poursuite judiciaire visant récupérer des millions de courriels manquants liés à la Maison Blanche pouvant contenir des informations importantes quant à la gestion de l’administration Bush, effaçant ainsi potentiellement des évidences de crimes.

- L’argument identique du « secret d’État » utilisé par Bush est mis de l’avant par l’administration Obama pour empêcher la divulgation d’informations troublantes et incriminant.

- Le département de la Justice imite l’administration Bush en invoquant le privilège du « secret d’État » face à des poursuites judiciaires dans le dossier du programme de capture extraordinaire de la CIA (rendition program), mis en place par Bush, Cheney et Rumsfeld. La raison évoquée pour éviter que les poursuites judiciaires se poursuivent contre ce programme d’enlèvement de suspects à travers le monde, transportés secrètement vers des prisons non identifiées publiquement pour se faire torturer, est que ces poursuites pourraient révéler des informations secrètes relatives à la sécurité nationale.

- Barack Obama avait promis que les États-Unis ne torturerait pas sous sa garde.

Mais tout comme Bush, Obama se bat pour empêcher des milliers de photos documentant la torture made by America, alors que Guantanamo n’a toujours pas fermé ses portes et que la torture se poursuit inlassablement sous son administration, tel que rapporté par une enquête espagnole. Cette dernière explique différentes techniques pratiquées comme l’écrasement de testicules, la détention dans des cellules souterraines dans un les ténèbres totales avec privation de sommeil et de nourriture pour une durée de trois semaines, inoculation à l’aide d’injections de maladies canines, torture à l’eau (waterboarding), etc. Tout cela sous l’autorité de personnel militaire américain, parfois conduit en présence de professionnels médicaux.

Le président Obama refuse de rendre public les photos de torture parce qu’il « croit que leur publication pourrait mettre en danger les troupes ».

En réalité, non seulement Obama ne poursuivra pas les responsables de la torture en justice, mais en fait, il planifie donner de l’expansion à cette torture et continuer sa pratique. Des centres de détention secrets pour des suspects terroristes seront ouverts en Mauritanie, en Éthiopie, dans quelques pays de l’Afrique du nord, du Moyen-Orient et en Asie.

- Obama a passé outre le Congrès américain pour permettre la détention de suspects terroristes pour une durée de temps illimitée, sans qu’aucune accusation formelle ne soit déposée. Dans d’autres pays du monde, on appelle cela des pouvoirs dictatoriaux. Cela permet au président de détenir unilatéralement des « ennemis combattants » sans habeas corpus, un terme légal qui signifie que les plaignants sont forcés de vous accuser formellement d’un crime pour justifier la détention d’un suspect. Le terme « ennemi combattant » qui faisait en sorte que les Accords de Genève sur les prisonniers de guerre ne s’appliquaient plus, a été abandonné par Obama dans le cas des détenus de Guantanamo, mais il a gardé le terme pour les autres prisons à l’étranger, s’assurant ainsi encore une fois de conserver des pouvoirs exécutifs impérialistes.

- Obama est du même avis que Bush: les prisonniers de Bagram, Afghanistan n’ont pas de droits constitutionnels. Pourtant, les droits ne sont pas donnés par la Constitution, ils sont reconnus. Lorsque les droits peuvent être retirés, ce ne sont pas des droits, mais bien seulement des indulgences octroyées par un maître inspirant la crainte à des esclaves qui se comportent particulièrement bien.

- Obama est allé jusqu’à menacer l’Angleterre de cesser leur coopération d’échange du renseignement pour éviter que des évidences de torture soient révélées.

- Trois provisions controversées du Patriot Act instauré Bush reçoivent l’appui d’Obama.

Le département de la Justice a indiqué que l’administration Obama donne son soutien pour le renouvellement de trois sections controversées du USA Patriot Act qui expire en décembre. La première est la Section 206 qui permet au FBI de faire de l’écoute électronique des lignes téléphoniques ou des ordinateurs des Américains. La suivante est la Section 215 qui permet aux enquêteurs d’obtenir les archives médicales, d’affaires, de librairie, bancaires et autres de quiconque, avec l’approbation de la Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. La dernière, surnommée le « loup solitaire », permet d’accumuler des renseignements à propos de personnes qui ne sont pas suspectées d’être part d’un gouvernement étranger ou d’une organisation terroriste.

- Toutes les pièces de législation adoptées sous l’administration Bush qui étaient profondément liberticides et allant à l’encontre de la transparence, de la Constitution et de la démocratie, sont maintenant embrassées par le régime de continuité d’Obama, qui a brisé une fois de plus une importante promesse électorale. Il en est de même pour le Commissions militaires (Military Commissions Act), qui permet de juger des détenus dans des tribunaux militaires établis à Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

- La NSA a filtré toutes les communications des Américains et a ciblé des journalistes depuis l’instauration de ces mesures draconiennes par Bush, dans le cadre de sa guerre bidon au terrorisme. Tout le trafic de ces communications transigeant par de grandes firmes privées de communication comme AT&T étaient directement reliées à la NSA, agence d’espionnage américaine. Depuis que les Démocrates sont au pouvoir, rien n’a changé. Obama ne veut pas tenir Bush et ses acolytes responsables de leurs crimes et violations de la Constitution parce qu’il veut conserver ces pouvoirs. Idem pour l’enlèvement d’individus étrangers, leur transport vers des nations étrangères pour ensuite être torturés.

Ainsi, l’administration Obama bloque les poursuites judiciaires contre les écoutes électroniques illégales, donne de l’expansion à la défense légale de Bush en ce domaine et invoque constamment le « secret d’État » pour défendre le programme envahisseur et criminel de surveillance de Bush.

- Le parti de guerre est toujours l’oeuvre. L’industrie de la mort poursuit ses bonnes affaires sous Obama

Les États-Unis planifient déployer 25 000 troupes militaires en Géorgie d’ici 2015, à la frontière de la Russie. Les Américains ont l’intention de construire deux bases militaires sur le territoire de la Géorgie et une base navale. Ce déploiement fait suite à la provocation de la Russie en août 2008 par les États-Unis et Israël, via l’Ossétie du sud. Une guerre contre l’Iran signifierait une confrontation contre la Russie qui a déclaré qu’elle considèrerait une attaque contre l’Iran comme une attaque personnelle.

Quoi de mieux que d’avoir le prix Nobel de la Paix pour plaider en faveur du recrutement de mineurs pour l’armée? Obama veut son armée, il entend lever une armée de jeunes qui ne serviraient pas la Constitution, mais le président directement. Le plan d’Obama se nomme le « Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act», ou plus simplement, le « GIVE Act ». Ce projet de loi a été voté, à 321 contre 105, le 18 mars 2009. Ce projet de loi H.R. 1388 est donc présentement « à l’étude » au Sénat américain.

Obama a d’ailleurs annoncé, de pair avec Rahm Emanuel, qu’il comptait avoir un corps de volontaires de type milice paramilitaire aux États-Unis aussi bien financé et équipé que l’armée US elle-même.
Heil Obama! Des enfants-soldats sur tout le territoire américain…

- La guerre est toujours une option sur la table, comme on a pu le voir toute l’année dans le cas de l’Iran., quitte à nommer un anti-iranien pour gérer cette situation.

- L’administration Obama continue la doctrine américaine de dominance militaire globale.

Obama n’a pas diminué le budget militaire, au contraire. Il n’y aura pas de renversement de l’agenda militaire ni de la politique étrangère des États-Unis. Surtout pas avec Hillary Clinton, Robert Gates et Rahm Emanuel et son frère. Les États-Unis viennent de briser son record de la guerre du Vietnam en étant en Afghanistan depuis plus de 8 ans. Cela n’est pas près de se terminer, au contraire de ce Obama avait promis durant sa campagne électorale.

- Obama, son administration et différentes agences gouvernementales comme la NSA reçoivent d’ailleurs leurs instructions et conseils par la même élite dirigeante, dont fait partie Henry Kissinger, la Ford Fondation, et la quatrième branche du gouvernement, Goldman Sachs et les banquiers et financiers de Wall Sreet qui pullulent au sein du gouvernement Obama, comme Geithner.

- Obama refuse toujours de toucher à la Fed. Tant qu’il ne forcera pas une reforme entière de la Fed pour récupérer le pouvoir de la création de la monnaie, au lieu de le laisser entre les mains de banquiers la créant de nulle part et la prêtant à crédit au gouvernement (lire le peuple) avec intérêts, l’économie entière sera sous l’étroit contrôle des banquiers privés qui ont ruiné les États-Unis depuis 1913, date de la création de la Fed.

- Obama avait promis que les lobbyistes ne se retrouveraient pas dans son organisation. Une autre fausse promesse lamentablement vendue au public américain. Une douzaine de lobbyistes ont trouvé un poste au sommet de l’administration Obama. On y trouve des gens nommés au département de la Défense ayant travaillé pour Raytheon, un manufacturier d’armement, un ancien VP de Monsanto à la FDA, des anciens généraux et du Pentagone partout dans le gouvernement, et ainsi de suite.

- Obama agit de manière similaire à Bush dans le domaine des pétrolières, des énergies et est même allé jusqu’à approuver la décapitation des montagnes pour y retirer du charbon, une politique qui fut sévèrement condamnée lorsque Bush s’y adonnait. L’étroite collaboration entre les exécutifs du pétrole et Washington se poursuit de plus belle.

Il y a fort à parier qu’avec un tel bilan, les Américains ne seront pas dupes très longtemps et qu’Obama sera un président d’un terme seulement. En attendant le prochain poulain de l’establishment, du parti de la guerre et de Wall Street, nous pouvons aussi parier que l’Amérique aura le temps de s’appauvrir énormément, au point où la classe moyenne aura pratiquement disparue et où le pays sera complètement ruiné et en banqueroute, affligé d’hyperinflation et de la plus grande dépression depuis les années 30. On annoncera alors l’arrivée d’un autre président… sauveur de tous, charismatique au sourire charmeur.
