RCMP agent concedes key role in set-up, running of terrorist training camp
The young man's lawyers called Mr. Shaikh this week to recap his work infiltrating a group of young extremists, first as a CSIS informant, but ultimately as a police agent. Posing as a committed jihadist, he gave the group tips on countersurveillance, led paramilitary training exercises, and even bought a rifle for a ringleader (before getting rid of it, unfired).

Canada puts U.S. on torture watch list: CTV
Arar was sent to a Syrian prison where he was tortured for nearly a year. An inquiry into the Arar affair ordered a new focus on torture, and CTV News has learned that, as part of a "torture awareness workshop," diplomats are now being told where to watch for abuse.
The aim of the workshop: to teach diplomats who visit Canadians in foreign jails how to tell if they've been tortured. It also listed countries and places with greater risks of torture. The list includes

Police too rough on noisy son, parents insist
The parents of a 10-year-old boy who was handcuffed and placed in the back seat of a police cruiser for being too noisy intend to file a complaint against Ottawa police today, alleging that at least one officer went too far in the way he treated their son.
When the instilling of fear of authorities trumps the gentle exercise of common sense with a small bunch of noisy kids, the society which allows (and to some degree, encourages) these kinds of things to happen is possibly broken beyond repair.

Murs « virtuels » et militarisation en Amérique du Nord

I have covered a lot of material from various historians, scholars, philosophers, monetary reformers, economists and intellectuals, so hence I knew that it would come. I simply did not think it would happen this soon!
I no longer recommend, as I have in the past, the purchase of physical gold/silver (aka real wealth) as a viable but more importantly, safe investment to family, friends and acquaintances prior to them losing money on the markets. Most of these individuals insisted on keeping their savings on the market versus buying physical gold or saving it under their mattress so to speak. Most, if not all of them are patiently waiting for the markets to recover to gain back what they lost. “The market has to come back up in the long term…….. Right?” They seem to think or ask. I will let the wilfully ignorant and sometime arrogant indoctrinated or blatantly complicit Financial Analysts and ‘specialist’ (you know, the same ones that never saw any of this coming prior to 2007 and some ‘sadly’ enough, not until 2008), regurgitate what the invisible hand controlling the market or market Gods if you will (aka speculators), say and/or write through their now known complicit panoply of mainstream media patronize you as to where your hard earned money should go… Again!
As mentioned in my first paragraph, and as preached and predicted by numerous ‘unincorporated’/unbiased historians, scholars, philosophers, monetary reformers, economists, and intellectuals (yet sadly too few well-placed, well-read politicians) etc, through their extensive researched and well documented theories; the 'bureaucratic/legislative noose' has now tighten under the same circumstances predicted in their multiple written works (some as early as the 1930's and
The fact that Kitco’s official stance and probable PR reasoning for complying with the PCMLTFA is in hopes of being a good standing, model and law abiding corporate citizen and that they are now compliant to this act at the expense of potentially losing a vast percentage of their long standing private clients. Most of these clients will not want to be, so hence, will not expose themselves to data mining by Kitco on behalf of the FINTRAC. Not because us, the clients are involved in illegal activities or terrorist plots, but because we were expecting this and see it as bad sign and are worried as to the potential other implication and/or ramifications to come in the future.
We can only assume that
The reason I find this extremely worrisome and think this deserves to be mentioned, is that the masses are still not talking about all these historical proven pieces of literature and still give more credence to the talking heads on T.V./newspapers and reporting firms that have everything to gain and nothing to lose in this current economic atmosphere they helped create through speculations and lies. They were eerily able to silence all the articles and online posts/blogs written to the effect that if the real rate of inflation was in play (as in any true free market paradigm), the cost of gold would be well over $2 000 USD/oz. Those estimates were before Trillions of fiat dollars worth of public bailout funds were dispersed into circulation. The confidence in the markets and virtual wealth (i.e. the USD) is at an all time low. People, company, and national indebtedness is at an unprecedented high. The market has always had a way of correcting itself throughout history so I can be certain it will in the future.
As for me, it is not so much of a question of if we are willing to face the ‘correction’, but more about how will we come out on the other end…

Boy seized by child welfare to make sure he gets chemotherapy
Folks, we are carefully being brought under a socialist/communist kind of system where the state rules our private life and denies our fundamental human rights. This is matter for revolution across the country, a clear sign of what is going on in this country for too long. We in Québec wanted to split not because we don't like Canadians and this great country, but because of that miserable federal government. Let's all unite and regain our freedoms and rights as citizens. Don't be silent on this

There is a name for those things: when private corporations take over our government and merge together, it is called fascism. When out-of-control government take over all corporations, property and land, it is communism/socialism. They are both the two sides of the same coin: we, the People, always end up losing all our rights and liberties and being considered the property of the state, slaves. They rule our lives because they think they know better than us. Revolt People. The war is on.

A former Atlanta police officer testified Thursday that narcotics officers routinely lied under oath when seeking search warrants; a practice that led to police killing a 92-year-old woman.
An Open Letter To An RCMP Terrorist Mole
I received many great comments about my last post about the Canadian Toronto 18 case and the potentially bogus sting operation that entrapped the suspects. The most interesting had to be one (purportedly) from the main paid RCMP/CSIS informant himself, Mubin Shaikh. He wrote:
