RCMP agent concedes key role in set-up, running of terrorist training camp

The young man's lawyers called Mr. Shaikh this week to recap his work infiltrating a group of young extremists, first as a CSIS informant, but ultimately as a police agent. Posing as a committed jihadist, he gave the group tips on countersurveillance, led paramilitary training exercises, and even bought a rifle for a ringleader (before getting rid of it, unfired).

Canadian Union of Postal Workers Votes to Support Boycott of Israel

At their annual national convention, delegates of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW)representing 50,000 workers across Canada, voted overwhelmigly in favor of resolution 338/339. The resolution commits the union to support the Palestinian people's inalienable rights including the right of return. The resolution also joins the global campaign of "boycotts, divestment and sanctions (BDS)against Israeli Apartheid."

Canada puts U.S. on torture watch list: CTV

Canada's new focus on torture was ordered by the inquiry into Maher Arar's nightmare in Syria. U.S. authorities sent Arar -- a Canadian of Syrian ancestory -- to Syria after he made a brief stopover in New York in 2002. They wrongly accused him of having links to terrorism in large part because of information provided by the RCMP.

Arar was sent to a Syrian prison where he was tortured for nearly a year. An inquiry into the Arar affair ordered a new focus on torture, and CTV News has learned that, as part of a "torture awareness workshop," diplomats are now being told where to watch for abuse.

The aim of the workshop: to teach diplomats who visit Canadians in foreign jails how to tell if they've been tortured. It also listed countries and places with greater risks of torture. The list includes Syria, Iran, Afghanistan, and China. But surprisingly, it also included the United States, Guantanamo Bay, and Israel.

Cdn cops aren't telling the whole truth

Police too rough on noisy son, parents insist

The parents of a 10-year-old boy who was handcuffed and placed in the back seat of a police cruiser for being too noisy intend to file a complaint against Ottawa police today, alleging that at least one officer went too far in the way he treated their son.

When the instilling of fear of authorities trumps the gentle exercise of common sense with a small bunch of noisy kids, the society which allows (and to some degree, encourages) these kinds of things to happen is possibly broken beyond repair.

Montreal, Canada

I have covered a lot of material from various historians, scholars, philosophers, monetary reformers, economists and intellectuals, so hence I knew that it would come. I simply did not think it would happen this soon!

I no longer recommend, as I have in the past, the purchase of physical gold/silver (aka real wealth) as a viable but more importantly, safe investment to family, friends and acquaintances prior to them losing money on the markets. Most of these individuals insisted on keeping their savings on the market versus buying physical gold or saving it under their mattress so to speak. Most, if not all of them are patiently waiting for the markets to recover to gain back what they lost. “The market has to come back up in the long term…….. Right?” They seem to think or ask. I will let the wilfully ignorant and sometime arrogant indoctrinated or blatantly complicit Financial Analysts and ‘specialist’ (you know, the same ones that never saw any of this coming prior to 2007 and some ‘sadly’ enough, not until 2008), regurgitate what the invisible hand controlling the market or market Gods if you will (aka speculators), say and/or write through their now known complicit panoply of mainstream media patronize you as to where your hard earned money should go… Again!

As mentioned in my first paragraph, and as preached and predicted by numerous ‘unincorporated’/unbiased historians, scholars, philosophers, monetary reformers, economists, and intellectuals (yet sadly too few well-placed, well-read politicians) etc, through their extensive researched and well documented theories; the 'bureaucratic/legislative noose' has now tighten under the same circumstances predicted in their multiple written works (some as early as the 1930's and 1940’s that I’m aware of, but surely in earlier works that I have not yet covered). Also hundreds of articles, dozens of books were written in the last decade as well claiming this exact sequence of events. The pamphlet issued circulated by FINTRAC (Financial Transaction and Reports analysis Centre of Canada - http://www.fintrac-canafe.gc.ca), seems to be copied and pasted with slight variations right out from these published works. All under the guise of protecting us (be it from organized crime, money laundering and of course the big T, TERRORISM). Kitco, one of the industry’s norm setters (at least here in Canada), no longer buys, but more importantly no longer sells any amount of gold without a valid photo ID, current address and job title/occupation. Prior to January 1, 2009 only purchases over $10 000 called for this kind of company policy to be enforced. Kitco is now in compliance with The Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) Act which was first assented in late June 2000 and later amended in December 2001 (post 9/11) to become Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA). It was again amended and received royal assent on December 14, 2006.

The fact that Kitco’s official stance and probable PR reasoning for complying with the PCMLTFA is in hopes of being a good standing, model and law abiding corporate citizen and that they are now compliant to this act at the expense of potentially losing a vast percentage of their long standing private clients. Most of these clients will not want to be, so hence, will not expose themselves to data mining by Kitco on behalf of the FINTRAC. Not because us, the clients are involved in illegal activities or terrorist plots, but because we were expecting this and see it as bad sign and are worried as to the potential other implication and/or ramifications to come in the future.

We can only assume that Canada was surely lobbied heavily by the US Government to pass this Bill. That is if they themselves, the US Government did not draw it up for our elected representatives to submit on their behalf and consequently their interests. If the Canadian government truly created and amended this piece of legislation in an attempt at hitting the terrorist where it hurts, by making it harder for them to finance or launder money for their activities, or had Canadians true interests at heart, they could of easily went about it in a less invasive and more productive way. For starters, just asking the US Government to investigate what the official 911 Commission Report failed to ask because they deemed it “of little practical significance” who actually financed 9/11. Why did the US Government officials not formally interrogate or at least question Mahmood Ahmed (ISI Director – Pakistani equivalence of the CIA) about Omar Saeed Sheikh’s claim that he directed him to wire $100 000 to Mohamed Atta a lead 9/11 highjacker. Ironically enough Mr Ahmed was having breakfast with US Government Officials on the morning of 9/11.

The reason I find this extremely worrisome and think this deserves to be mentioned, is that the masses are still not talking about all these historical proven pieces of literature and still give more credence to the talking heads on T.V./newspapers and reporting firms that have everything to gain and nothing to lose in this current economic atmosphere they helped create through speculations and lies. They were eerily able to silence all the articles and online posts/blogs written to the effect that if the real rate of inflation was in play (as in any true free market paradigm), the cost of gold would be well over $2 000 USD/oz. Those estimates were before Trillions of fiat dollars worth of public bailout funds were dispersed into circulation. The confidence in the markets and virtual wealth (i.e. the USD) is at an all time low. People, company, and national indebtedness is at an unprecedented high. The market has always had a way of correcting itself throughout history so I can be certain it will in the future.

As for me, it is not so much of a question of if we are willing to face the ‘correction’, but more about how will we come out on the other end…

Boy seized by child welfare to make sure he gets chemotherapy

Folks, we are carefully being brought under a socialist/communist kind of system where the state rules our private life and denies our fundamental human rights. This is matter for revolution across the country, a clear sign of what is going on in this country for too long. We in Québec wanted to split not because we don't like Canadians and this great country, but because of that miserable federal government. Let's all unite and regain our freedoms and rights as citizens. Don't be silent on this

They want to force the boy to take the medicine of Big Pharma because they don't want their highly profitable system to go down once the People realize that it isn't good at all. In fact, just in the USA, drugs from Big Pharma is killing 100 000 people a year, medicine given to patients under doctor's surveillance and in hospitals. All illegal drugs kill 11 000 a year!!!! So Big Pharma kills nearly 10 times more people than all illegal drugs! And they declared war on drugs!!???!?!?!?!?!??!

There is a name for those things: when private corporations take over our government and merge together, it is called fascism. When out-of-control government take over all corporations, property and land, it is communism/socialism. They are both the two sides of the same coin: we, the People, always end up losing all our rights and liberties and being considered the property of the state, slaves. They rule our lives because they think they know better than us. Revolt People. The war is on.

There are new therapies with massive injection of vitamin C directly in the blood that work very well, with CDC, new project of doctors in a university of Alberta and Toronto, with frequencies and magnetic beds, and others. The key thing is to reinforce the immune system as much as one can. Chemotherapy just kills it more! And by removing the father from the boy and creating so much emotional stress is criminal in my book. But, hey! Just obey, the government has rights over your kids, not you!!

Ex-cop: Officers routinely lied to obtain search warrants

A former Atlanta police officer testified Thursday that narcotics officers routinely lied under oath when seeking search warrants; a practice that led to police killing a 92-year-old woman.

An Open Letter To An RCMP Terrorist Mole

I received many great comments about my last post about the Canadian Toronto 18 case and the potentially bogus sting operation that entrapped the suspects. The most interesting had to be one (purportedly) from the main paid RCMP/CSIS informant himself, Mubin Shaikh. He wrote:

U.S. reopens probe of Arar's rendition to Syria

Richard Skinner, the inspector general of the Department of Homeland Security, said he could not rule out the possibility that U.S. officials sent Arar to Syria to be tortured, something the administration has denied for more than five years.

In his report, he stated officials knew it was "more likely than not'' that Arar would be tortured if he was returned to his birthplace rather than Canada, his country of residence.

This administration has been "outsourcing" torture as well as indulging in it at Gitmo and other facilities, including our floating prisons.

Either we completely withdraw from any human rights treaties to which we have been a signatory, or stop torturing, period, end of discussion. There is no middle ground here.

"Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of State and corporate power."
- Attributed to Benito Mussolini (1883-1945), Fascist Dictator of Italy

"The first truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism--ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power."

“The essence of fascism... is that government should be the master, not the servant, of the people.”

"Once a nation parts with the control of its currency and credit, it matters not who makes the nation's laws... ...Until the control of the issue of money and credit is restored to government and recognized as its most conspicuous and sacred responsibility, all talk of sovereignty, of parliament, and of democracy is idle and futile.” - William Lyon Mackenzie King (1874-1950) Prime Minister of Canada between 1921-30 and 1935-48 and nationalized the Bank of Canada in 1938

Bill C-51, Codex and the SPP

On April 8, 2008, Canada's Health Minister introduced Bill C-51 which proposed sweeping changes to the Food and Drugs Act. The Canadian government has since been forced to make amendments because of intense grassroots pressure. There are fears that this Bill could lead to some vitamins, herbs, minerals, and dietary supplements no longer being available in the country.
