Weather Channel Founder Wants To Sue Al Gore For Global Warming Fraud
A landmark court case that would destroy the so-called "consensus" behind man-made global warming could be in the works after Weather Channel founder John Coleman expressed his intention to sue Al Gore for fraud.
Companies that sell "carbon credits" on the basis that they offset carbon emissions could also be in the firing line as Coleman stated his conviction that man-made advocates would lose the case if a fair debate, something that the establishment is loathe to allow, was allowed to take place.
Coleman is correct here. The man-made global warming claim is a total scam, to literally create the "product" of carbon-credits out of thin air, in order to grow rich by trading these legal fictions like a commodity.
Scientists blame global warming for Antarctica ice shelf collapse
This is a classic case of policy-driven science. Despite the data showing that the Earth is not getting warmer , the scientists whose funding depends on global warming claim that everything that happens is a direct result of whatever they are out to prove.
But consider what is actually happening. At both the north and south poles, the cold causes water to precipitate out of the air and form ice. Ice on land forms glaciers. Gravity drags glaciers down the slopes and where they are on shorelines, the glaciers spread out onto the ocean surface forming shelves. These shelves do NOT last forever. That is why sailors throughout history have had to deal with icebergs.
As for this specific ice shelf, it did not melt, it broke, and like other
Finally, in the southern hemisphere, summer is just ending, and ice is SUPPOSED to melt during the summer. And every few hours, the tides lift the ice shelves up and down, up and down, up and down, and this forms cracks. When the cracks all meet, something comes loose. WE have the same mechanism here in

US gave $300m arms contract to 22-year-old with criminal record
The Pentagon entrusted a 22-year-old previously arrested for domestic violence and having a forged driving licence to be the main supplier of ammunition to Afghan forces at the height of the battle against the Taliban, it was reported yesterday.
...
AEY also supplied weapons to US agencies, and rifles to Iraqi forces.
Okay, this deal needs a full investigation. How did this kid, with criminal record and fake driver’s license, wind up with the contracts to supply arms to the Army, the Iraqis, and Us Government agencies like DEA and FBI?
Efraim Diversoli... why not state that he is a Jew?
If he was a Muslim, you would not find one mainstream report that neglected to shove that fact down your throat. Is this self-censorship in the press? And do I have to troll the blogs to find the kind of info about Government-funded Jewish crime paid for by our tax dollars???
Botach Tactical and AEY Inc., family arms dealerships
Efraim's dad, Michael Diveroli, told the media that he had nothing to do with his son's arms trading.
"I would prefer he became a nice Jewish doctor or lawyer rather than an arms dealer. He's never asked for my approval on the company. He doesn't always take my advice, I don't influence him. As a father of a boy genius he's hard to control," Michael Diveroli told WFOR-TV.
That's hard to believe. Fedvendor.com lists Michael Diveroli as AEY's sales manager and its government business contact. The elder Diveroli incorporated AEY in 1999 and installed his son as president in 2005. Michael Diveroli also has two businesses of his own that get government contracts for police equipment and office supplies.
McCain Says It's "Common Knowledge" That Iran Is Training Al Qaeda
"Ana raicha Al Qaeda" is colloquial for "I'm going to the toilet". A very common and widespread use of the word "Al-Qaeda" in different Arab countries in the public language is for the toilet bowl. This name comes from the Arabic verb "Qa'ada" which mean "to sit", pertinently, on the "Toilet Bowl". In most Arabs homes there are two kinds of toilets: "Al-Qaeda" also called the "Hamam Franji" or foreign toilet, and "Hamam Arabi" or "Arab toilet" which is a hole in the ground. Lest we forget it, the potty used by small children is called "Ma Qa'adia" or "Little Qaeda".
So, if you were forming a terrorist group, would you call yourself, "The Toilet"?

Iraqi police in Basra shed their uniforms, kept their rifles and switched sides
Abu Iman barely flinched when the Iraqi Government ordered his unit of special police to move against al-Mahdi Army fighters in
His response, while swift, was not what British and US military trainers who have spent the past five years schooling the Iraqi security forces would have hoped for. He and 15 of his comrades took off their uniforms, kept their government-issued rifles and went over to the other side without a second thought.
That huge wooshing sound you hear, in the midst of this situation, is that of US taxpayer dollars having been flushed unceremoniously down the toilet of funding for the training of every Iraqi security force member who has defected - and will defect - from the Iraqi Army.
The fact that the US and the Brits absolutely never saw this coming is a clear demonstration of a complete, contemptuous ignorance about the history of these people, not to mention any understanding of the seething anger Iraqis feel about what has been done to their country, and their countrymen.

Bread, milk, egg prices spike, draining locals' wallets

That is the whole point; to drain the wallets of the common people.
The big lie of capitalism is that everyone can be rich. This is just not so. Capitalism requires an imposed wealth differential to function. Only a few people can be allowed to be rich. The vast majority of people must be kept poor in order to keep them working at the thousands of distasteful jobs society required to operate. If everyone were a millionaire, who would take out the trash, fix the sewers, pick the crops, or bury the dead? Choosing who is allowed to be rich and who is not is what politics is for.
There is a second reason governments wish to keep their people poor. It keeps them helpless. Throughout the modern age, all revolutions have come from the middle class, which has the resources to mount a revolution and the time necessary to plan and conduct one. Even here in the
Food crisis being felt around world
A surge in demand for biofuel has resulted in a sharp decline in agricultural land planted for food crops. About 16% of
This is a classic case of how policy-driven science often does not consider the long-term effects of their pet theories.
It all sounded so simple when the "cult" claimed that we could grow our automobile fuel; that it would be "carbon neutral" (it isn't), efficient (it isn't). and cost competitive (it isn't). And warnings were sounded early on that there was only so much farm land on Earth, and that each acre used to grow biofuel was one acre less growing food. But we all grew up watching those propaganda films that touted American agricultural surpluses. Hey, we even sold grain to the
Then the biofuel craze hit. Tax incentives were put in to encourage farmers to grow crops for biofuels, which means they were paid by our government to STOP growing food for us. and, in yet another reason globalism is not such a great idea, food shortages in one area quickly become foot shortages everywhere, especially as the fuel required to ship food half way across the globe goes up in price.
The present food crisis is a direct result of the meddling by the global warming cult, who have a bad habit of pushing for taxes and control over our lives based on less than conclusive facts and poorly considered ideas.

Pharmaceuticals found in drinking water of 24 major metro areas
At least one pharmaceutical was detected in tests of treated drinking water supplies for 24 major metropolitan areas, according to an Associated Press survey of 62 major water providers and data obtained from independent researchers.
Modern American medicine is about selling chemicals, drugs, sometimes in over abundance. The reality is that chemicals your body does not fully metabolize go into the sewage system, where water-reclamation fails to filter them out. Together with effluent runoff from the manufacturing plants, you can wind up with medical materials in your drinking water.
Now, while such chemicals are obviously very dilute, long term chronic exposure to them can have an effect, especially those drugs being prescribed to a significant portion of the general population.

Death of the Bees: GMO Crops and the Decline of Bee Colonies in North America
The genetic modification of the plant leads to the concurrent genetic modification of the flower pollen. When the flower pollen becomes genetically modified or sterile, the bees will potentially go malnourished and die of illness due to the lack of nutrients and the interruption of the digestive capacity of what they feed on through the summer and over the winter hibernation process.
Global Research, March 25, 2008
‘Commercial beehives pollinate over a third of [North}America’s crops and that web of nourishment encompasses everything from fruits like peaches, apples, cherries, strawberries and more, to nuts like California almonds, 90 percent of which are helped along by the honeybees. Without this pollination, you could kiss those crops goodbye, to say nothing of the honey bees produce or the flowers they also fertilize’.1
Bee plague worsening, anxious keepers say
Among the possible culprits are varroa mites, which kill bees and transmit viruses.
Pesticides and insecticides, as well as the chemicals used to control the varroa mites, are being scrutinized to see if they are causing the problem. Migratory stress from being moved long distances also plays a role, Hackett said.
Note the potential cause left off the list; genetically modified crops.
Organically raised bees, that is to say bees known not to feed on GM plants, are not affected by Colony Collapse Disorder.
The prevailing theory is that a gene spliced into plants to cause it to make its own insecticide migrates into the digestive bacteria inside the bee, turning their entire digestive system into an insecticide factory.
FLASHBACK: GM pollen 'can kill butterflies'
Pollen from one of the most successful genetically modified (GM) crops in the
Their study, published in the journal Nature, shows how the new GM technology might have unwanted consequences for biodiversity.
So, it was known back in 1999 that pollen from genetically modified plants harms insects, and yet this obvious link is ignored in the mainstream media reports on the dying bees.
S.D. beekeepers concerned as die-off continues
"I would say overall the losses of South Dakota bees -- from what I've heard -- from what they started in the spring of '07 until they came out of the almonds is at least 50%. It's not good."
A reader sent in the following image.
Reader: Just took this picture of a tree in front of my house. If you look closely, next to my very primitive arrow, you'll see a bee. There actually are many bees, difficult to see, humming and buzzing very actively. Well, no GMO's here. Will be interesting, and actually quite catastrophic, if the bee extinction is due to GMOs. Ah, what havoc we humans wreak!

Pentagon: $520 Million for Space Weapons Research
We all know that the Pentagon has more space weapons technology in mind than just a single, satellite-shooting missile. But trying to pin down how much the Defense Department is spending on space combat research -- and on what projects -- is an absolute bitch. The programs are spread across at least a dozen different accounts; much of the technology involved is "dual use" -- meaning, it could help with another military matters, too; and that's before you get into the Defense Department's "black," classified budget.
