Unedited Dash Cam Footage of Grandmother Being Tased

New video shows officer shove, then taser 72-year-old great grandmother

The police claim that after Kathryn Winkfein was stopped for driving 15 miles over the speed limit in a construction zone, she disobeyed an order to sign the speeding ticker, used profane language, and became “violent.” They say the officer who tasered her and took her to be booked for resisting arrest was completely justified.
However, Winkfein says that’s a lie, and the video appears to back her up.

Akron Ohio woman “raped” with TASER – 4 Cops shot her in the ass POINT BLANK!

Akron Beacon Journal – Ohio.com – Stephanie Warsmith -Debra Twymon said the officers — two Akron police reserve officers and two University of Akron officers — used racial slurs and physically assaulted her daughter. She said they ”electronically raped” her with a Taser.
Sharea Twymon was found not guilty in a jury trial last month on charges of resisting arrest, obstruction of official business and disorderly conduct stemming from the incident.

Ruling allowing Taser use to get DNA may be nation’s first

Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza decided that the DNA sample obtained Sept. 29 from Ryan S. Smith of Niagara Falls — which ties him to a shooting and a gas station robbery— is legally valid and can be used at his trial.
He already had given a sample, a swab of the inside of his cheek, without protest the previous month. But police sent it to the wrong lab, where it was opened and spoiled. Prosecutors who had obtained a court order for the first sample went back to Sperrazza, who signed another order without consulting the defense.

Webmaster’s Commentary:

If your head isn’t spinning around like that of Linda Blair’s in “The Exorcist” upon reading this, you’ve missed one of the most important aspects of this ruling.
Now, New York State police have carte blanche to use a stun-gun as a DNA gathering device, no matter what the circumstances.
And that statement”It is legally permissible for police to zap a suspect with a Taser to obtain a DNA sample, as long as it’s not done “maliciously, or to an excessive extent, or with resulting injury,” absolutely won’t work in the real world, when cops have been legal permission to use a stun-gun for this purpose.
But what if that person zapped is the wrong guy, and could conceivably be killed or maimed for life by a 50,000 volt stun-gun?
The New York State Police has just been held harmless and indemnified against any responsibility when an incident like this happens, courtesy of this insane ruling.
And folks, trust me: it will happen.
