Protesters clash with police at G20

Protesters demonstrating against capitalism at the Group of 20 summit ran through central Pittsburgh on Thursday, smashing shop windows as police in riot gear used pepper gas and batons to disperse them.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The guys smashing the windows are the undercover cops and FBI.

Confronted by LRAD Accoustic Weapons

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAwmX5O-FAE&feature=player_embedded

Webmaster's Commentary:

I wonder if some fiberglass insulation or foam rubber on the back of that protest placard used as a body shield, together with earplugs, might render the LRAD more or less pointless.

Frankly it has not seemed all that effective while watching "Whale Wars."

Military arresting G-20 protesters

Webmaster's Commentary:

Do you remember back during the abortive coup in Iran, how ABCNNBBCBS was bashing the Iranian police for arresting the protesters?

See ABCNNBBCBS complaining now?

Military Attacks American Citizens With Sound Weapons & Tear Gas At G20

National Guard, police, and other military units attacked American citizens with tear gas and deployed sound cannons today in response to an “unpermitted protest” as bedlam hit the streets on the first day of the G20 summit in downtown Pittsburgh.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

First Time Sound Cannon Used Publicly Against American Citizens

US security forces turned the piercing sound on their own citizens yesterday to widespread outrage. Pittsburgh officials told the New York Times that it was the first time "sound cannon" had been used publicly.

It is feared the sounds emitted are loud enough to damage eardrums and even cause fatal aneurysms.

Webmaster's Commentary:

One has to wonder at what juncture the US police or military will roll out the Raytheon "pain ray" machine against American citizens?

G20 Police & Military Savagely Attack Peaceful Protesters In Pittsburgh Park

Police and military units savagely attacked peaceful protesters in a Pittsburgh park last night, cracking heads with billy clubs, deploying LRAD sound cannons and shooting rubber bullets at close range, according to Infowars’ Jason Bermas. Fellow Infowars reporter Rob Dew was arrested during the melee.

Why Are Corporate Insiders Selling Their Shares?
September 8, 2009, Time magazine

Any time corporate executives and directors are heavily selling their company's stock there's reason for concern. And lately they've been doing just that. The last time insider selling was as high as it is now was in the period from late 2006 to late 2007. It was right after that insider-selling surge that the stock market began its long painful decline, says Charles Biderman, CEO of TrimTabs, an independent institutional research firm. Biderman believes that insider trades shoot higher when there's a disconnect between broad market opinions and what business executives feel in their gut. "When [insiders think] things are going better than most people think, they buy stock," he says. "When things are going worse than people think, they sell." That's to say, insiders have no crystal ball but they often have access to up-to-the-minute sales data as well as firsthand impressions from their sales managers — and that gives them an inside track on what's happening in the economy. When this special access leads them to be big sellers of their stock, well, it's a vote of no confidence in their employer's near-term future. Biderman has measured the ratio of insider selling to buying since 2004, and says historically the ratio is 7 to 1. (Insiders almost always sell more than they buy because they receive stock as part of their compensation.) Right now the ratio is 30, one of the highest he's recorded. November 2007 is the last time the ratio even came close, at 24.

Note: According to the New York Times, insider trading levels are at the "highest levels since the firm started keeping numbers in 2004." Why does this Time article state they were higher in 2006 to 2007? For a treasure trove of revealing reports from reliable sources on the realities of the Wall Street bailout, click here.

35 Million Americans on Food Stamps: 12 Percent of U.S. Population on Food Stamps Highest Since Records Kept in 1969.

There are a few statistics that you can look at to see actual human pain in the real economy. You can look at the recent stock market rally yet even a 50+ percent rally is unable to create jobs or stem the economic pain of those at the lower end of the economic spectrum. Looking at food stamp participation from the United States Department of Agriculture shows us a very disturbing picture. When we did a report on this in August of 2009 we had 34 million Americans on food stamps. In the span of one month, the number jumped by over a million.

Japan Abandons America

Japan has new leadership. In a landslide victory, a new party has done the seemingly impossible. A new freshman class of leaders now governs the Land of the Rising Sun. The effects are already rippling across the Pacific toward America.

Yukio Hatoyama is Japan’s new leader. He officially took office last Wednesday, and he is already threatening to split with the United States.

Hatoyama blames America for the global economic crisis and says that the U.S. is responsible for “the destruction of human dignity.” He campaigned on protecting traditional Japanese economic activities and reducing U.S.-led globalization.

US May Face 'Armageddon' If China, Japan Don't Buy Debt

"It's almost Armageddon if the Japanese and Chinese don't buy our debt,” Robertson said in an interview. "I don't know where we could get the money. I think we've let ourselves get in a terrible situation and I think we ought to try and get out of it."

Obama à la tête des USA et les leaders qui se sont rencontrés la semaine passée au Sommet des Nation Unies, ont demandé que le monde devienne un lieu sans bombes nucléaires. Voici la réponse que cet appel a suscité jusqu’à maintenant :

U.N. Security Council Approves Resolution to Rid World of Nuclear Weapons

Without singling out Iran or North Korea, the U.N. Security Council on Thursday unanimously approved a U.S.-sponsored resolution aimed at ridding the world of nuclear weapons.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Does "world" include Israel and the United States (the only nation to actually use nuclear weapons of mass destruction on the civilians of another country) or is this "world" simply a cover for renewed pressure on Iran?

Myanmar drops a nuclear 'bombshell'

Myanmar's military leaders have never made a secret of their interest in developing a domestic nuclear-energy industry. Plans to buy a nuclear reactor from Russia have been in the pipeline for years, and this month in Moscow the two sides formally resurrected those controversial plans.

Pakistan, Saudi Arabia in secret nuke pact

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have concluded a secret agreement on "nuclear cooperation" that will provide the Saudis with nuclear-weapons technology in exchange for cheap oil, according to a ranking Pakistani insider.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The US attack on Iraq for the non-existent "nookular" bombs, and the pending attack on Iran for their equally non-existent bombs, has triggered a real arms race in the world, as countries realize that NOT having weapons of mass destruction means getting invaded.

Jose Alencar, Brazil VP, Says Country Should Build Nuclear Arms

Brazil's vice president says in an interview published Friday that his country should develop nuclear weapons. Other officials stressed that his comments were not government policy.

Jose Alencar, who also served as defense minister from 2004 to 2006, said in an interview with journalists from several Brazilian news media that his country does not have a program to develop nuclear weapons, but should: "We have to advance on that."

USA To Deploy Army Bases in Georgia To Rearm Nation's Army

If US congressmen approve the plan and Georgian officials support it, by 2015 there will be 25,000 American military officers in Georgia. As for the military bases, the US will build two land bases and one navy base on the territory of Georgia. The same number of bases Russia is building in Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

There were no official comments either from Washington or from Tbilisi. Analysts believe that the issue with American bases in Georgia is connected with harsh comments from US State Secretary Hilary Clinton.

On September 21 (after the meeting with Mikhail Saakashvili) she said that the United States was not going to recognize independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Washington will do everything to prevent the world from recognizing these republics.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Unflipping believable; and right now, the most profoundly stupid thing the state department, congress, and the military could be thinking in terms of the US relationship with Russia.

Obama will bypass Congress to detain suspects indefinitely

President Barack Obama has quietly decided to bypass Congress and allow the indefinite detention of terrorist suspects without charges.

The move, which was controversial when the idea was first floated in The Washington Post in May, has sparked serious concern among civil liberties advocates. Such a decision allows the president to unilaterally hold "combatants" without habeas corpus -- a legal term literally meaning "you shall have the body" -- which forces prosecutors to charge a suspect with a crime to justify the suspect's detention.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to George Bush's third term, brought to you by....President Barak Obama!

Patriot Act Provisions Get Obama Support
September 15, 2009, ABC News

The Justice Department has indicated that the Obama administration is in support of renewing [three] controversial sections of the USA Patriot Act that expire later this year. The provisions that will expire in December include Section 206, that allows "roving" wiretaps so FBI agents can tap multiple phones or computers (with court authorization) that a specific person (target) may use. Another expiring provision, Section 215, is the so-called "library provision," which allows investigators to obtain [library, medical, business, banking and other] records with approval from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. And the final provision which was nicknamed the "Lone Wolf" authorization, allows intelligence gathering of people not suspected of being part of a foreign government or known terrorist organization. Critics of the Patriot Act protested loudly that the FBI could obtain individuals' library records under the legislation. [But] section 215 is much more expansive than reviewing a suspected terrorist's summer reading list. [It] allows the FBI to obtain any business record, "any tangible things," like credit card and bank statements and also allows access to medical and mental health records. The provision has been used to obtain communication and subscriber information to help set up surveillance and monitoring of computers and telephones.

Note: The American Library Association, the national organization of professional librarians, was the first and strongest defender of civil liberties after the passage of the PATRIOT Act. For a discussion of the concerns of professional librarians over this decision by the Obama administration, click here.

Media "Distortions"

"Our job is to give people not what they want, but what we decide they ought to have."
-- Richard Salent, Former President CBS News.

Obama open to newspaper bailout bill

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs had played down the possibility of government assistance for news organizations, which have been hit by an economic downturn and dwindling ad revenue.

Webmaster's Commentary:

They lied, they died. The corporate media's troubles are being blamed on the economy, but the truth is that the public saw the media stand shoulder to shoulder with the government and lie us all onto pointless wars of conquest.

They probably figured that after the victory, nobody would care how the war got started, but the best laid plans "gang aft agley, nn' lea'e us nought but grief an' pain" etc. The wars are disasters; quaqmires that are sucking down money and our children's lives, and the public rightly places much of the blame on a corporate media that abandoned their self-professed role as watchdogs on government abuse.

The corporate media has lost the trust of the public. Lost? Indeed they deliberately cast it away in exchange for a ride on Air Force One. They will not get that public trust back any time soon.

They SHOULD go out of business, as punishment for betraying the public trust.

So of course the government, whose water the media carries, will bail them out with your tax money.

One in 10 inmates in Britain's jails is an ex-soldier, shock figures reveal

The Government was under fire for failing to support British troops returning from war today after figures revealed nearly one in 10 prisoners is an Armed Forces veteran.

Shocking research by the probation officers' union Napo shows some 8,500 former soldiers are currently in prison in England and Wales.

Another 12,000 have criminal convictions and are on the books of the Probation Service.

This means there are more than twice as many veterans in jail, on probation or on parole in the UK than the number of troops currently serving in Afghanistan.

Veterans in Scotland and Northern Ireland are not included, meaning the true figure is likely to be much higher.

It is one of the most dramatic images to ever emerge from Mars.

In fact, this extraordinary photograph is so clear that even the sand dunes at the base of the half-mile wide canyon are visible.

Experts even believe that they can see the tracks of a Mars lander on the left-hand corner of the Victoria Crater.

Senate panel OKs $636 billion Pentagon budget with $128 billion for Iraq, Afghanistan wars

With hardly any debate, a powerful Senate committee Thursday approved President Barack Obama's $128 billion request for military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan for the budget year beginning in October.

Senate panel chairman Daniel Inouye, D-Hawaii, would not say whether he believes $128 billion would be enough for military operations in the two countries.

"Well, we're taking the word of the administration," Inouye said after the panel session.

Webmaster's Commentary:

While Americans slip deeper into poverty, and homeless Vets sleep in our streets, more and more of our taxpayer dollars are being committed to these insane wars without end.

We only have one party in this country, and that's the War Party, which controls both houses of congress, and have for some time.

And wars are great... if you're a defense contractor, or a senator or congressional representative who has been "acquired" by a major defense contractor or two, through overt and covert campaign contributions.

Biden in Baghdad to uphold occupation, speed access to oil

US Vice President Joe Biden traveled to Iraq this week for a series of discussions with Iraqi officials aimed at forestalling a precipitous end to the US military occupation of the country and opening up Iraq’s oil wealth to exploitation by US-based energy conglomerates.

During the course of his visit, the US vice-president has made clear his concern that a bigger piece of this pie should go to the American oil companies, whose interests have played a prominent role in the prosecution of the Iraq war since well before the invasion of March 2003.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The invasion and occupation of Iraq has always been about the oil, and what entities control it.

Iraqi Official Says Security Forces May Have Colluded in Bombings

Iraq's foreign minister, Hoshyar Zebari, said Saturday that the coordinated attack that killed more than 100 people, including dozens of his employees, in Baghdad on Wednesday may have been carried out with the complicity of Iraqi security forces.

Palestine / Gaza:

The Israeli military invades Gaza City and open fire at residents

Israeli tanks invaded on Thursday Al Shojayia neighborhood east of Gaza City and opened fire at residents homes and a nearby hospital.

"Severe violations of Human Rights in Occupied Palestinian Territories," reports UN Committee on Israeli Practices

"Violations of the international humanitarian law during the operation Cast Lead, in particular the targeting of civilian population and wanton destruction of property and religious and cultural objects", will be reported to the United Nations General Assembly by the Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices Affecting the Human Rights of the Palestinian People and Other Arabs of the Occupied Territories.

Webmaster's Commentary:

You watch; "Palestinians" (nudge nudge wink wink) will lob a couple harmless rockets into an empty field in Israel just in time to deflect world criticism against Israel.

US fails to restrain Israel on settlement work

The third round of US-Israeli talks over Tel Aviv's illegal settlement construction in the occupied West Bank has ended up with no significant breakthrough.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Imagine my shock.

Israel's Gaza blockade crippling reconstruction

A leaked UN report has warned that Israel's continued economic blockade of Gaza and lengthy delays in delivering humanitarian aid are "devastating livelihoods" and causing gradual "de-development".

Now, eight months after the end of the Gaza war, much reconstruction work is still to be done because materials are either delayed or banned from entering the strip.

The UN report, obtained by the Guardian, reveals the delays facing the delivery of even the most basic aid. On average, it takes 85 days to get shelter kits into Gaza, 68 days to deliver health and paediatric hygiene kits, and 39 days for household items such as bedding and kitchen utensils.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Between the Goldstone report, and this report, the world's leadership has got to find some moral gumption and backbone to turn collective anger against Israel for what they have done to Gazan Palestinians into practical action.

A big part of that action should be the immediate cessation of all military and financial aid to Israel until the siege of Gaza ends, permanently.

Netanyahu Warns World to Reject Gaza War Crimes Report

The hawkish Israeli Prime Minister cautioned that world leaders had better publicly reject the report, because they might face similar accusations of war crimes for their behavior in their assorted wars as well.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Good, then: let all war crimes by national leaders be prosecuted, right out there in the open!

Let's see... that would probably put the unholy trinity of Bush, Rumsfeld, and Cheney in solitary confinement at the International court of Justice at
the Hague after being tried and convicted for war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

I can't think of a more proper and fitting end to their collectively blood-drenched professional careers than that, as a warning to future politicians.

U.S. Rejects U.N. Proposal to Compel War Crimes Probes of Gaza Conflict

- Susan E. Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, rejected a U.N. proposal to compel Israel and Hamas, the Islamist movement that controls the Gaza Strip, to conduct credible investigations into war crimes during last winter's war in Gaza or face possible prosecution by an international prosecutor.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Imagine my (complete absence of) shock.

Obama To OK $15 Billion For Israel's Air Force

Obama comes to aid of Israel over UN war crimes charges

Tel Aviv’s success in avoiding accountability for its criminal actions rests more properly on the active support of the United States and silent complicity of the major European powers, all of whom are anxious to avoid being brought to book for their own contempt for international law. The Security Council—dominated as it is by the US and the European powers that hold the power of veto—was the only body that could refer the case to the ICC, as Israel is not a signatory to the court.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The US veto of sending this report to the security council was an absolute moral outrage.

It does, however, make crystal-clear as to what foreign country drives US foreign policy.

U.S. Pledges to Quash Goldstone Recommendations

The Obama administration will not allow the Goldstone report recommendations on Israel's conduct in the Gaza war to reach the International Criminal Court.

A top White House official told Jewish organizational leaders in an off-the-record phone call Wednesday that the U.S. strategy was to "quickly" bring the report -- commissioned by the U.N. Human Rights Council and carried out by former South African Judge Richard Goldstone -- to its "natural conclusion" within the Human Rights Council and not to allow it to go further, Jewish participants in the call told JTA.

The Obama administration is ready to use the U.S. veto at the U.N. Security Council to deal with any other "difficulties" arising out of the report, the White House official said Wednesday.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is called "aiding and abetting."

The US Government is an accessory after-the-fact to the war crimes committed by Israel.

Because of this, the US Government has lost the moral high ground and no longer has a right to question or criticize any other nation on the issue of "Human Rights."

We are the bad guys for this next world war, it would appear.

Israel Begins Sell-Off of Refugees’ Land

According to international law, Israel holds the property of more than four million Palestinian refugees in custodianship, until a final peace deal determines whether some or all of them will be allowed back to their 400-plus destroyed Palestinian villages or are compensated for their loss.

But last week, in a violation of international law and the refugees’ property rights that went unnoticed both inside Israel and abroad, Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister, forced through a revolutionary land reform.

The new law begins a process of creeping privatization of much of Israel’s developed land, including refugee property, said Oren Yiftachel, a geographer at Ben Gurion University in Beersheva.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Unflipping believable, yet somehow thoroughly predictable from Netanyahu's government.

2 Lebanese Rockets Fired Toward Israel

Two rockets were fired from southern Lebanon into Israel on Friday, prompting Israel to respond with artillery fire, Lebanese security and military officials said.

The exchange, in which no casualties were reported by either side, was the latest in persisting tensions between the two archenemies. It was the fourth time rockets have been fired from Lebanon into Israel, each time bringing Israeli retaliation.

Webmaster's Commentary:

One has to wonder just what elements in Lebanon actually fired those rockets.

Israel has been looking for an excuse - any excuse, actually - to go back into Lebanon. And this time, they'll go all the way to the Litani River because they're desperate for its water.

Israel urged to 'rush' into attack on Iran

An Israeli defense official believes Tel Aviv must rush to carry out a military strike against Iran's nuclear facilities even without US approval, a report says.

A 'senior defense official' said that Tel Aviv believed a military strike could 'significantly delay' what it claims to be an Iranian nuclear weapons program, the Israeli daily Maariv reported on Wednesday, without revealing the official's name.

The official added that Israel could carry out such an attack without US approval but time was running out for it to be effective.

Webmaster's Commentary:

As long as the US remained a strong military supporter of Israel, Israel could attack their neighbors pretty much with impunity.

But Israel recognizes what we already know; that the US Government could collapse like the USSR within the next few months. Absent American tax dollars and American children forced to die killing Israel's enemies, Israel would have to conduct its own wars. And while Israel is effective against Palestinian families carrying white flags, against a modern well-equipped and highly motivated fighting force such as Iran, Israel stands little chance.

The reality is bleak; Israel's dreams of an "Eratz Israel" reaching from the Nile to the Euphrates, dies with the US Government.

Hence the rush to trigger a war with Iran while the schmucks Americans are still available to pay and bleed for it all.

UN body urges Israel to allow nuclear inspection

This is good news, no it is great news. Now, let's hope it is followed up on. Though I will point out, Israel is saying they will not cooperate in any way with this resolution.

Hmmm... sounds like time for some strong sanctions.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Israel is always the first to scream for sanctions against Iran over Iran's power station. Clearly in light of this latest defiance of the United Nations it is time for equivalent sanctions to be brought against Israel.

Jewish groups take lead on Iran sanctions

A day of advocacy in Washington last week and a rally in New York next week mark major efforts by the American Jewish community to push the issue of Iran’s nuclear program to the forefront and increase the general sense of urgency to end it. (See page 29.)

Members of the northern New Jersey Jewish community joined more than 300 other Jewish leaders from around the country who met with legislators in Washington Sept. 10 to thank them for supporting the Iran Refined Petroleum Sanctions Act of 2009 and drum up support among those who had not yet signed on. The measure would penalize companies that help Iran import or produce refined petroleum.

Webmaster's Commentary:

SAUCE FOR THE GOOSE!

Israel has just refused a request by the United Nations for inspections of Israel's nuclear facilities.

Since Israel wants to impose starvation tactics against Iran, which is operating within their legal rights under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, it is time for equal sanctions to be imposed on Israel for openly defying the UN and IAEA.

Fair is fair, after all.

We would not want to be accused of racial bias, would we?

MI6 investigated for torture

MI6 is being investigated by the police over allegations of torture for the first time. It follows a similar investigation already launched into MI5.

Israeli drive to prevent Jewish girls dating Arabs

Hostility to intimate relationships developing across Israel’s ethnic divide is shared by many Israeli Jews, who regard such behaviour as a threat to the state’s Jewishness. One of the few polls on the subject, in 2007, found that more than half of Israeli Jews believed intermarriage should be equated with "national treason".

Webmaster's Commentary:

Not that these folks are being blatantly racist, or any thing like that!

After stealing Palestine, they now are stealing the bodies of Palestinians...

The newspaper report of a Swedish correspondent Donald Bostrom, stated that the Israeli soldiers took members of the Palestinian youths and children, before being executed. The Swedish press [wrote that this] may lead to an international investigation and described [it] as a "war crime" by the Israeli army. [In an interview with] the CNN, Bostrom [mentioned that he had received several death threats, [and added that] adding that [all] he was trying to do in his report, [was] to provide examples of the activities of the sale of organs in Israel. Bostrom said he was seeking to investigate the corruption case uncovered by the U.S.

Palestinian news agency 'confirms' organ snatching story

The Bethlehem-based Palestinian news agency Ma'an published a report over the weekend which it said confirmed allegations that IDF soldiers kill Palestinian civilians to harvest their organs.

Israel hits back over Swedish organ harvesting article

Israel on Sunday withheld the press credentials of a Swedish newspaper in retaliation for a controversial piece that suggested the Israeli army kidnapped and killed young Palestinians to harvest their organs.

The journalists need the credentials to report from Gaza.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Which only reinforces the impression that Israel has something to hide!

The IDF: Israel’s organ grinder

In fact, the ring of the rabbis in New Jersey didn’t take me by complete surprise. For years we have been hearing about Palestinians claiming that Israel is “deep into organ trafficking.” We also learned that the family of Alastair Sinclair, a Scottish tourist who hanged himself in an Israeli jail, “was forced to bring suit for his return with missing body parts.”

In 2002 the Tehran Times reported: “The Zionist state has tacitly admitted that doctors at the Israeli forensic institute at Abu Kabir had extracted the vital organs of three Palestinian teenage children killed by the Israeli Army nearly ten days ago. Zionist Minister of Health Nessim Dahhan said in response to a question by Arab member of the Zionist Parliament ‘Knesset,’ Ahmed Teibi, on Tuesday that he couldn’t deny that organs of Palestinian youths and children killed by the Israeli forces were taken out for transplants or scientific research.”

New Jewish organ theft gang busted

New reports have surfaced on the arrest of yet another Jewish organ trading gang in the United States involved in the abduction of Algerian children.

Dr. Mustafa Khayatti, the head of the Algerian National Committee for the Development of Health Research, revealed on Sunday that the New York city police have arrested members of a Jewish gang who abducted Algerian children for their organs.

Khayatti said the arrests came after Interpol found that children in western Algeria were abducted and taken to Morocco to have their kidneys harvested.

Their organs were later trafficked to the United States and Israel and sold for $20,000 to $100,000 each.

Iran:

Iranian President Ahmadinejad Booted From Third New York Hotel

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Iranian president, had another door slammed in his face Thursday when a third New York venue refused to allow the Holocaust-denying leader a place to throw a reception while he was in town for the United Nations General Assembly.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Step back and study how this must look to the rest of the world.

Fluffy Toilet Paper and Old Growth Trees.

If Obama or Bush had wanted to camp in a tent before an important speech there would have been no great outcry because an outcry requires what? It requires the transmission tools of the S&MSM to manufacture the outcry. As anyone with a brain knows by now, Libya had nothing to do with Lockerbie. Even if it had, it involved a small number of dead which, compared to the dead left at the feet of Bush and Obama is inconsequential by comparison and that is also inconsequential compared to the deaths provided by the ones who own and run them.

Israel mass murdered many more women and children in Gaza, up close and personal …and using banned weapons and… somehow it is still the fault of the Palestinians for having had the nerve to even be there to die in the first place when there was thousands of miles of empty sand around them, which they could have marched off into and died in …without Israel having been forced to kill and dismember them instead.

I wonder what it must be like inside the heads of the members of The Black Nobility these days as they consider why so much is not going their way. They had to set the Lockerbie Patsy free because of the pending exposure of so much evidence proving his innocence. Now they’ve evaded that, for the moment.

Ahmadinejad: Iran is not violating IAEA rules

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says his country has complied with U.N. rules that require it to inform the world body's nuclear agency six months before a uranium enrichment becomes operational.

He told a news conference Friday that the new facility won't be operational for 18 months so Iran has not violated any requirements of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

IAEA may inspect new nuclear site: Iran president

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Friday his country's newly disclosed nuclear fuel facility was legal and open for inspection by the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The inspections ball is in your court, Israel!

UN 'inspects Iranian nuclear site'

UN inspectors have visited the site of a nearly completed Iranian nuclear reactor for the first time in a year, foreign diplomats have said.

Inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) visited the Arak reactor in central Iran last week after the Iranian government lifted a ban, the diplomats, who asked to remain anonymous, said on Friday.

They said Iranian authorities also agreed to allow the IAEA to expand its monitoring operations of the Arak reactor.

The diplomats said Iran also agreed to grant UN inspectors greater monitoring rights at Natanz, another uranium enrichment site.

"The containment and surveillance measures were updated as the agency wanted," one of the diplomats told the AFP news agency.

Iran nuclear plant to start operating by August 22

Webmaster's Commentary:

If Israel (or their slaves in the US) bomb that plant now, it will be a radiation disaster equal to Chernobyl. Nobody will see this as a justified or justifiable act.

Intelligence Agencies Say No New Nukes in Iran

The U.S. intelligence community is reporting to the White House that Iran has not restarted its nuclear-weapons development program, two counterproliferation officials tell NEWSWEEK. U.S. agencies had previously said that Tehran halted the program in 2003.

Amano: 'No hard evidence Iran seeking nukes'

There is no concrete evidence that Iran is attempting to develop nuclear weapons, incoming International Atomic Energy Agency chief Yukiya Amano said Friday, in his first public comments on Iran's nuclear program.

"I don't see any evidence in IAEA official documents about this," Yukiya Amano told Reuters.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Meanwhile the American press are trying to sell "Nuke agency says Iran can make bomb" based on a claim to a "confidential report" provided anonymously to AP.

The IAEI says Iran is not building nukes.

US Intelligence agencies agree Iran is not building nukes.

But Israel wants to send YOUR kids to kill Iranians, so we are getting a flood of "confidential reports" provided anonymously to the US media to convince you there is no choice but to send your children to death and dismemberment to kill the people Israel does not like.

Study how carefully this article is written. They have this "confidential report" provided by anonymous sources, then state that the IAEA is know to have confidential reports, and leave the reader to assume that the document AP is quoting from must be from the IAEA, when that is neither proven nor confirmed.

It's another lie, just like the one that sent our children to death and dismemberment to kill the people Israel does not like in Iraq. And I would like to point out that it was Israel that claimed Iraq was building nuclear weapons underneath the power station at Osirik; a claim proven fraudulent by inspections following the 2003 invasion. So Israel (who has just refused a United Nations request to submit to inspections) has a batting average of ZERO in accurately assessing other nations' nuclear capabilities.

Dennis Blair: Iran Has Not Re-Started Its Nuclear Weapons Program

Earlier this month, Joint Chiefs Chairman Adm. Mike Mullen made headlines when he was asked by CNN whether Iran had enough enriched uranium for a nuclear bomb. “We think they do, quite frankly,” Mullen said. This morning, Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) asked Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair to address the “confusion” about what the intelligence says about Iran’s weapons capacity. Blair said the intelligence community has assessed that Iran does not possess any highly-enriched uranium, and clarified that Mullen had been referring only to low-enriched uranium.

UN body urges Israel to allow nuclear inspection

Arab states in the United Nations nuclear assembly on Friday won narrow approval of a resolution urging Israel to put all its atomic sites under the world body's inspection and join the Non-Proliferation Treaty.

Israel deplored the measure for singling it out while many of its neighbors remained hostile to its existence, and said it would not cooperate with it.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Defying the United Nations on the issue of weapons of mass destruction? Wasn't that one of the reasons Bush cited to bomb Iraq into rubble?

And the resolution hardly single Israel out. Iran is ALREADY a signator to the NNPT and does allow inspections, even though they do not have a weapons program.

I think the operation was called off when "someone" pointed out that BBC was running mislabeled photos of pro-Ahmadinejad rallies and that the flag being handed to the protesters was the flag of the Shah! NOBODY alive before 1979 wants a return to the rule of the Shah!

At that point the illusion of a popular uprising collapsed.

Israel presses UN to rise to challenge of containing Iranian nuclear threat

Webmaster's Commentary:

This the same Israel that just told the UN to go screw itself regarding inspections of Israel's nuclear facilities?

This the same Israel who is refusing to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty?

Iran allows inspections.

Iran has signed the NNPT.

There is a think line between Chutzpah and looking like a hypocritical ass and Netanyahu just sailed over it.

New Iran uranium enrichment site raises concerns

Iran's newly revealed uranium enrichment plant is a heavily guarded, still-unfinished underground facility in the arid mountains near the holy city of Qom that will be able to produce nuclear fuel — or the payload for atomic warheads, Western intelligence officials and diplomats said Friday.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Here is what is going on and why the US and Israel are in such a panic.

Iran is a signer of the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty. Under that treaty, Iran has a legal right to build nuclear power stations and to produce the fuel for them. Under Article IV, the United States is supposed to help them do it.

Under IAEA rules, any nation building a new nuclear facility must notify the IAEA 6 months before any new facility becomes operational. Iran's new facility is still 18 months away from completion, but Iran notified the IAEA last Monday IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NNPT RULES!

This revelation is embarrassing for the US and Israel for two reasons.

1. Contrary to face-save propaganda, the US and Israel did not know about this facility. Clearly it would have advanced the US and Israeli agenda to create war against Iran by revealing the facility before Iran could formally notify the IAEA. That would have put Iran totally on the defensive about the facility. That the Us and Israel did not do so tells me they were caught totally off guard (which also casts doubt on the so-called intelligence sources that claim Iran is building a weapon).

2. Iran announced the new facility to prove it is playing by the IAEA rules. Iran did so probably to underscore the fact that Israel just told the IAEA and the United Nations to go fuck themselves following a request by the IAEA and the United Nations for Israel to sign the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty and submit to IAEA inspections.

To save their own face, the US and Israel appear ready to launch a new war in Iran, simply because they cannot think of anything better to do.

War with Iran will mean war with Russia.

The US lacks the industrial capacity to sustain a major regional war.

The US Government (the finest government money can buy) is going to start a major war they cannot win.

Iran to put new uranium plant under IAEA supervision

"This site will be under the supervision of the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) and will have a maximum of five percent (uranium) enrichment capacity," Ali Akbar Salehi said on state television.

Miliband refuses to rule out military action against Iran after discovery of secret nuclear plant

After the dramatic disclosure that the Islamic Republic was building another secret nuclear facility, the Foreign Secretary said there was a '100%' commitment to diplomacy. But he repeatedly declined invitations to describe military intervention as inconceivable.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Note the spin in the headline, complete with words like "Discovery" and "Secret."

Problem is, the "Dramatic Disclosure" was by IRAN, WHICH FORMALLY NOTIFIED THE IAEA OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS FACILITY LAST MONDAY!"

US says Iran has secret nuclear facility

Iran has kept the facility, 100 miles southwest of Tehran, hidden from international weapons inspectors for years, but the U.S. has long known of its existence, the official said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is some pretty desperate spin going on here.

Iran notified the IAEA about construction of this new facility. That hardly seems consistent with the idea that Iran is keeping it a secret. No real surprise they are building it inside a mountain considering what Israel did to Osirik.

Now the US is trying to claim they knew about the facility all along, but does this make sense? Would it not have been in Israel's and the US's interests to expose the facility while it was still not reported to the IAEA? Such an expose' would have been very damaging to Iran and turned many other nations against Iran's power station.

So, what appears to have happened is that Iran notified the IAEA of the new facility and caught the US and Israel by surprise, because they should have known and apparently did not. So now the Us and Israel are standing there with egg on their faces trying to pull off a "we knew it all along" face-save.

Obama to accuse Iran of building secret nuclear plant

In Vienna, where it has its headquarters, the IAEA said Iran had informed it on September 21 that it was building "a new pilot fuel enrichment plant."

Webmaster's Commentary:

Dear President Pussy

If Iran informed the IAEA about construction of the plant, then it is hardly secret.

I do not know what Israel pays you to look this stupid, but it is not enough.

Obama says Iran breaking rules on nuclear programs (but conveniently ignores Israeli nukes yet again!)

Webmaster's Commentary:

As President of the only nation to actually USE a nuclear weapon against the civilians of another country, Obama should shut the @#$% up.

Barack Obama raises spectre of nuclear conflict as Allies find site near Iran holy city

Britain, France and the United States set the stage for a dramatic confrontation with Iran when they revealed the existence of a secret nuclear site inside a mountain near the holy city of Qom as evidence of Tehran’s efforts to deceive the international community.

Webmaster's Commentary:

It appears that no matter what Iran says or does at this point, the US and Israel have decided on some kind of military confrontation against Iran. The drums for war, as indicated in this article, are beating faster and more loudly than ever. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised at some kind of Israeli-engineered "false flag" operation in the not too distant future to get such a war going.

This confrontation may well not guarantee the desired geopolitical outcome, and will galvanize every Iranian citizen to stand behind a government and military they may not care for.

US soldiers in Iraq will be sitting ducks for a counter-attack.

Russia has warned Washington and Tel Aviv that such an attack will very quickly escalate into WW3.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of hubris in the halls of power in both cities. That hubris may send the world careening into yet another global confrontation, and Russia has made it very clear whose side it will be on, should such an attack take place.

The REAL reason for the coming war with Iran

Il faut aussi compter l’effet de diversion des vrais problèmes actuels et des vrais criminels financiers, banquiers et politiciens.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has ordered the shift of Iran's foreign currency reserves from the U.S. dollar to the euro.

Arabian Business reports that the Iranian government and its President ordered the removal of the US dollar to be replaced by the Euro, which was introduced in 1999, in order to protect themselves from the crumbling United States economy and devaluing dollar.
