Le terrorisme est une tactique. Elle vise a destabiliser une structure, une population ou un pouvoir par exemple, par la terreur dans le but d'avancer une agenda politique. Le sentiment de terreur est une facette importante du terrorisme, qui est accompagne d'attaques sur des civils, comme ceux du WTC 9-11, de Madrid ou de Londres.

Le climat de peur ainsi cree est utile a qui sait l'utiliser a son avantage. Mais il faut etre logique. Il y a une difference entre organiser un attentat a la bombe en afrique, et organiser le detournement de plusieurs avions commerciaux au-dessus de l'espace aerien le mieux garde du monde, Washington DC; 4 avions dans les airs pendant 45 minutes sans etre inquiete par la procedure normale d'interception de NORAD, qui avait recu l'ordre de ne pas faire decoller les chasseurs americains, et ensuite faire s'ecrouler les WTC 1,2 & 7 en plus du Pentagone.

Pensez a la complexite et aux couts, a tout ce que ca requiert comme equipement, acces, informations, preparations, le nombres de personnes que ca implique, le temps, etc.

Pensez a qui profite reellement, qui peut avancer son agenda en se justifiant du terrorisme.

Pensez a qui finance reellement le terrorisme, et comment. Qui entraine ces gens-la.

Apprenez l'histoire des organisations extremistes armees, leurs sources, leurs fondements. Qui les tient encore en vie jusqu'a ce jour.

J'ai inclus beaucoup de documents importants qui vont vous mener aux sources officielles et aux evidences qui montrent clairement que la grande majorite des attentats terroristes et groupes terroristes sont en fait des creations des services secrets tel que la CIA, MI5, MI6, Mossad et de plusieurs gouvernements.

Il est tres clair et bien documente que ce sont eux qui sont responsables de la majeure partie des cas de terrorisme de notre epoque. Prenez conscience de l'implication de la situation: nos gourvernements et les services secrets qui organisent des attentats... sur nous, le reste de la population.

Je dis nous, car ca nous concerne tous, aux USA, en Angleterre, en France, en Australie, au Canada ou en Indonesie.

Ce n'est pas mon opinion que j'exprime, mais des faits documentes, officiels et meme judiciaires comme dans le cas du FBI qui s'est fait prendre en 1993 dans l'attentat a la bombe au World Trade Center: c'etait eux qui avait fabrique la bombe et entraine un deficient mental a la peau brune (question de blamer et demoniser les arabes) a aller la faire exploser dans la tour.

Je tiens a souligner que les articles publies, a partir de celui sur la conference des Bilderberg a Ottawa et les suivants vont tous etre connecte ensemble, comme des pieces d'un casse-tete. La definition du terrorisme n'est pas la meme pour tous et il n'y a pas vraiment d'entente au niveau international sur une definition definitive. Imaginez l'ironie de tout ca: on est supposement en train de lutter contre le terrorisme, qui est en fait une tactique et dont la definition n'est pas claire. Pensez-vous vraiment qu'on puisse penser gagner une guerre contre une tactique?

Il serait plus simple de comprendre ce qui mene au terrorisme, et aussi qui sont les differents acteurs pour pouvoir vraiment penser avoir un effet positif sur cette situation.

Defining Terrorism: The Present Situation

Academics, politicians, security experts and journalists, all use a variety of definitions of terrorism. Some definitions focus on the terrorist organizations’ mode of operation.. Others emphasize the motivations and characteristics of terrorism, the modus operandi of individual terrorists, etc.

In their book Political Terrorism, Schmidt and Youngman cited 109 different definitions of terrorism, which they obtained in a survey of leading academics in the field. From these definitions, the authors isolated the following recurring elements, in order of their statistical appearance in the definitions[1]:

Violence, force (appeared in 83.5% of the definitions); political (65%); fear, emphasis on terror (51%); threats (47%); psychological effects and anticipated reactions (41.5%); discrepancy between the targets and the victims (37.5%); intentional, planned, systematic, organized action (32%); methods of combat, strategy, tactics (30.5%).

Respondents were also asked the following question: “What issues in the definition of terrorism remain unresolved?”

Some of the answers follow[2]:

1- The boundary between terrorism and other forms of political violence
2- Whether government terrorism and resistance terrorism are part of the same phenomenon
3- Separating “terrorism” from simple criminal acts, from open war between “consenting” groups, and from acts that clearly arise out of mental illness
4- Is terrorism a sub-category of coercion? Violence? Power? Influence?
5- Can terrorism be legitimate? What gains justify its use?
6- The relationship between guerilla warfare and terrorism
7- The relationship between crime and terrorism

Defining States’ Involvement in Terrorism

On the basis of this definition of terrorism and guerrilla warfare, how should we define the involvement of states in the peof terrorist attacks? Note that violent activities committed by a state against civilians are forbidden by international conventions and are clearly defined as “war crimes” (in the context of a war situation) and as “crimes against humanity” (in other situations).

Thus, whereas these definitions have led to the international delegitimation of the use of violence against civilians by military personnel and political leaders, a lacuna still exists concerning the use of violence against civilians by organizations or individuals on political grounds.

States can be involved in terrorism in various ways: from various levels of general support for terrorist organizations, through operational assistance, initiating or directing attacks, and up to the perpetration of terrorist attacks by official state agencies.

All forms of state involvement in terrorism are usually placed under the general category of “terrorist states,” or “state sponsored terrorism.” Such a designation has taken on the character of a political weapon; rival states ascribe it to one another, and terrorist organizations use it against states acting against them.

The question of state involvement in terrorist attacks has been extensively discussed in Countering State-Sponsored Terrorism (ICT Papers, No. 1).

There we suggest the following classification of states according to their level of involvement in terrorism:

“States supporting terrorism” - states that support terrorist organizations, providing financial aid, ideological support, military or operational assistance.

“States operating terrorism” - states that initiate, direct and perform terrorist activities through groups outside their own institutions.

“States perpetrating terrorism” - states perpetrating terrorist acts abroad through their own official bodies–members of its security forces or its intelligence services, or their direct agents. In other words, states intentionally attacking civilians in other countries in order to achieve political aims without declaring war.[26] As mentioned above, according to international conventions, intentional acts of aggression against civilians by official agencies of a state, either at times of war or in occupied territories, will be considered war crimes rather than terrorism.

The fluctuating value of life

Quand les attaques se produisent a Londres ou a New-york, le monde entier est scandalise et les medias en parlent sans cesse, mais quand c'est des palestiniens tues sur la plage, Fallujah qui est rasee et attaquee avec des armes chimiques, ou des civils massacres par des Marines, ou des milliers de personnes torturees dans des prisons illegales par les americains, il n'y a rien la.

Pourtant, une vie est une vie et elles ont tous la meme valeur. Ne soyons pas des hypocrites.

-- Why does a terrorist attack on the transport system in London that kills and injures dozens, draw utter condemnation and creates shock amongst us all, yet an attack by the Israeli military on a beach in Gaza killing and wounding dozens, including young children on a seaside outing, fails to register the same decibel levels?

Shouldn't we be equally as horrified and as shocked when innocent commuters and bystanders are killed in a horrific terrorist attack on a Madrid train, as we are when hundreds are slain in a US air-raid on a village celebrating a wedding in the Afghani mountains?Can we sincerely put our hands on our hearts and declare that we consider one life equally as sacred, and worthy of reverence and protection as another?

Straussian principles would be implemented on a global scale, and 9/11 provided the perfect pretext. Paul Wolfowitz, who attended Strauss's lectures on Plato, became the architect of the Iraq War, using hyped intelligence concerning WMD's as the "noble lie".

Labor camps

There also was another little-noticed item posted at the U.S. Army website, about the Pentagon's Civilian Inmate Labor Program. This program "provides Army policy and guidance for establishing civilian inmate labor programs and civilian prison camps on Army installations."

The Army document, first drafted in 1997, underwent a "rapid action revision" on Jan. 14, 2005. The revision provides a "template for developing agreements" between the Army and corrections facilities for the use of civilian inmate labor on Army installations. On its face, the Army's labor program refers to inmates housed in federal, state and local jails.

The Army also cites various federal laws that govern the use of civilian labor and provide for the establishment of prison camps in the United States, including a federal statute that authorizes the attorney general to "establish, equip, and maintain camps upon sites selected by him" and "make available … the services of United States prisoners" to various government departments, including the Department of Defense. Though the timing of the document's posting—within the past few weeks—may just be a coincidence, the reference to a "rapid action revision" and the KBR contract's contemplation of "rapid development of new programs" has raised eyebrows about why this sudden need for urgency.

These developments also are drawing more attention now because of earlier Bush administration policies to involve the Pentagon in "counter-terrorism" operations inside the United States.

Detention centers

Plus, there was that curious development in January when the Army Corps of Engineers awarded Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg Brown & Root a $385 million contract to construct detention centers somewhere in the United States, to deal with "an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs," KBR said. Later, the New York Times reported that "KBR would build the centers for the Homeland Security Department for an unexpected influx of immigrants, to house people in the event of a natural disaster or for new programs that require additional detention space."
