Tres eclairant et demontre clairement comment cette histoire de terrorisme au Canada est une belle et grande operation psychologique contre les canadiens pour les faire accepter l'idee de vivre dans la peur et de penser que notre bon gouvernement va nous proteger des mechants en se donnant plus de pouvoir, ainsi qu'a la police; nous surveiller encore plus, pour finalement pouvoir mener sa politique domestique et etrangere de droite neoconservatrice calquee sur celle de Bush et les USA, comme par exemple envoyer nos soldats se faire tuer pour rien dans une occupation immorale de l'Afghanistan.

Autre coup d'eclat aussi au USA avec une autre suppose menace terroriste qui visait semble t'il a faire sauter la Sears Tower a Chicago.

Nous vivons dans un film geant, un scenario sortit tout droit d'Hollywood. C'est tout simplement pas croyable!

Le présumé complot terroriste de Toronto est présentement utilisé par l’élite dirigeante du Canada pour rapidement faire accepter à la population, sans qu’elle ne s’en rende compte, une importante poussée vers la droite des politiques étrangères et intérieures du Canada.
En créant l’image d’un Canada pris d’assaut par Al-Qaïda et des terroristes islamiques «de l’intérieur», le gouvernement conservateur, l’establishment de la sécurité nationale, les médias, et la malléable opposition officielle tentent de surmonter la résistance populaire à la participation du Canada à des guerres, à une plus étroite collaboration avec l’administration Bush, à une plus grande intégration économique et géopolitique avec les États-Unis, et à l’augmentation des pouvoirs répressifs de l’État.
Le premier ministre Stephen Harper a été prompt à présenter le présumé complot terroriste de Toronto comme la preuve qui confirmait ses affirmations que le Canada n’était pas immunisé contre le terrorisme. Il a aussi présenté le présumé complot pour justifier le rôle accru du Canada dans la répression de l’opposition au gouvernement afghan de Hamid Karzaï, mis en place par les États-Unis.

«Ce pays est une cible terroriste autant que les États-Unis», a affirmé Harper lors d’une entrevue à la radio. «C’est pourquoi, non seulement le gouvernement agit nationalement contre les menaces terroristes, mais nous travaillons internationalement, en Afghanistan et à travers le monde, pour gérer ce problème».

La mise au jour du réseau terroriste de Toronto survient à un moment critique pour le gouvernement conservateur, au pouvoir depuis quatre mois, et pour le milieu de la sécurité nationale du Canada. Le mois dernier, le gouvernement Harper avait pris la décision très controversée de prolonger et d’accroître la mission de contre-insurrection des Forces armées canadiennes en Afghanistan.

Le Parlement procède actuellement à une révision légale de la Loi antiterroriste canadienne. Adoptée en décembre 2001, cette loi a créé une nouvelle catégorie de crimes politiques pouvant entraîner des peines plus sévères, autorisé l’État à forcer des témoignages, et étendu la prérogative de l’État à empêcher, dans des cas de terrorisme, les accusés, leurs avocats, et le public d’avoir connaissance de la nature et de la source des preuves contre eux.

Et la semaine dernière, la Cour suprême a entendu une récusation sur la constitutionnalité des «certificats de sécurité nationale», instrument légal permettant à l’État de détenir des personnes, sans accusation.
Un scénario bien connuL’élite dirigeante canadienne suit le scénario international consistant à utiliser une menace terroriste nettement exagérée pour mettre de l’avant un programme de droite préconçu.

Des sources policières ont admis que les forces de sécurité avaient placé au moins certains des 17 présumés terroristes de Toronto sous surveillance depuis 2004 et avaient assez de preuves pour arrêter plusieurs d’entre eux il y a des mois de cela, mais ont choisi de ne pas le faire. Le SCRS et la GRC ont plutôt laissé grandir le complot terroriste afin de pouvoir mieux l’utiliser pour justifier les affirmations officielles que le Canada est en première ligne dans la guerre au terrorisme et orchestrer des arrestations au moment jugé le plus propice à favoriser leurs objectifs et ceux du gouvernement.

C’est seulement après que les présumés terroristes aient accepté une livraison par des policiers en civils de 3 tonnes de ce qu’ils croyaient être, selon des comptes rendus de presse, un engrais pouvant servir à la fabrication de bombes que la police a mené une descente pour «démanteler le complot terroriste». En plaçant un apparent matériau à bombe entre les mains des présumés terroristes, le SCRS et la GRC cherchaient à donner de la crédibilité à leurs affirmations que le groupe de Toronto, formé en majorité de jeunes hommes et de garçons, avait la «capacité» de faire un carnage.

Autre geste théâtral, des membres de la police tactique armés de mitrailleuses ont été mobilisés pour les comparutions en cour des accusés, ces derniers étant enchaînés aux mains et aux pieds pendant toute la durée des procédures légales.
Les médias de la grande entreprise, il faut le souligner, ont été à la fois complices et acteurs clés dans la tentative du gouvernement conservateur et des forces de sécurité de semer la peur parmi le public. Au lieu de juger d’un oeil critique les affirmations du gouvernement, du SCRS et de la GRC, les médias ont monté un blitz de sensationnalisme dont le but était d’amplifier et d’embellir les affirmations des autorités que seule la prompte intervention des forces de sécurité ont épargné aux Canadiens une ou plusieurs atrocités terroristes.

Les médias et des politiciens libéraux et conservateurs en vue se plaignent depuis longtemps du fait que les Canadiens ne «comprennent rien» quand il s’agit de terrorisme, voulant dire par là que le public a fait preuve de résistance à leurs appels pour que le Canada augmente les budgets et pouvoirs des forces canadiennes de sécurité, coupe dans les dépenses sociales pour élargir et réarmer les Forces armées canadiennes (FAC), et suive l’exemple des États-Unis, de la Grande-Bretagne et de l’Australie dans l’adoption d’une politique étrangère beaucoup plus «musclée».Une audience du comité sénatorial sur la sécurité nationale et la défense, tenue en février 2005 à Victoria en Colombie-Britannique, jette une lumière sur les conceptions qui règnent dans les cercles dirigeants.

Des membres de la chambre haute du parlement canadien et un ancien haut gradé des FAC et de l’OTAN déploraient le fait que les Canadiens ne croyaient pas leur sécurité compromise et se lamentaient de l’«échec» des politiciens du pays à défendre vigoureusement une hausse des dépenses militaires malgré une grande opposition populaire. Tommy Banks, alors sénateur libéral, les a interrompus pour dire que la clé pour changer l’attitude du public envers l’armée et la sécurité nationale était un meilleur leadership politique «ou une attaque».

Poursuivant l’idée de Banks, le contre-amiral retraité des FAC, Ken Summers, a déclaré: «Oui, et cela nous ramène au 11 septembre. Nous l’avons oublié…. Je souhaite presque, Dieu nous en garde, qu’il y en ait juste un petit ici, qui ferait comprendre aux Canadiens que ceci est important.»

After five years of what can only be described as intense “terrorism envy” by our security establishment —with their repeated predictions of terrorist acts in Canada — the country has moved up a notch, to terrorism frenzy.
The discovery of an alleged conspiracy by 17 Muslim men to attack facilities in Toronto and kidnap parliamentarians (as well as beheading the prime minister) — ostensibly to get Canada to withdraw from Afghanistan— came just in time before parliament debates the renewal of our post-2001 anti-terrorism legislation, and when support for Canada’s all out military involvement in Afghanistan is softening by the day.
The June 2 arrests were done with massive police involvement. Snipers on rooftops, in full glare of the notified-in-advance media, guaranteed 24-hour TV coverage and screaming headlines, topped off by a full court press conference by the CSIS and the RCMP.
A full-fledged national crisis was born, fueled by rumours and fear. Our whole national security was at stake, and Islam, and to a lesser degree, multiculturalism, was to blame, for enabling such individuals to function underneath our very noses.
A new term, “home-grown terrorists,” was slammed into our vocabulary overnight. While the frightening picture of religion-driven extremists was bombarding our senses, the lawyers of the accused complained that they could not find out what the evidence against their clients was, could not even talk to them without armed police presence.
Two weeks after the arrest, the accused and their lawyers are still in the dark about what led to the extreme charges. The accused are kept in solitary confinement, forced to sleep with lights on and woken every half-an-hour during the night.A media ban has been imposed, preventing the press and the lawyers from exposing the exact nature of the information or discussing the court proceedings.


Indictment reveals little hard evidence of terrorist plot

Except for Abraham, an illegal immigrant from Haiti, and Lemorin, a legal permanent resident from Haiti, all are U.S. citizens, a spokeswoman with the U.S. attorney's office in Miami said.

They are charged with two counts of conspiring to support a foreign terrorist organization, one count of conspiring to destroy buildings by use of explosives and one count of conspiring to wage war against the government. Each faces a maximum sentence of 70 years.

In Washington, Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales said the arrests highlighted the dangers of "homegrown terrorists." He compared the men with community conspirators involved in the 2005 London bombings and the 2004 Madrid train attack.

"Today terrorist threats may come from smaller, more loosely defined cells who are not affiliated with al-Qaida, but who are inspired by a violent jihadist message, and left unchecked, these homegrown terrorists may prove to be as dangerous as groups like al-Qaida," Gonzales said.
In Miami, Acosta said, it hardly mattered that the men appeared to be better dreamers and talkers than terrorists.
"They had the intent. They had the desire. They took steps toward accomplishing their mission," he said.

Le terrorisme est une tactique. Elle vise a destabiliser une structure, une population ou un pouvoir par exemple, par la terreur dans le but d'avancer une agenda politique. Le sentiment de terreur est une facette importante du terrorisme, qui est accompagne d'attaques sur des civils, comme ceux du WTC 9-11, de Madrid ou de Londres.

Le climat de peur ainsi cree est utile a qui sait l'utiliser a son avantage. Mais il faut etre logique. Il y a une difference entre organiser un attentat a la bombe en afrique, et organiser le detournement de plusieurs avions commerciaux au-dessus de l'espace aerien le mieux garde du monde, Washington DC; 4 avions dans les airs pendant 45 minutes sans etre inquiete par la procedure normale d'interception de NORAD, qui avait recu l'ordre de ne pas faire decoller les chasseurs americains, et ensuite faire s'ecrouler les WTC 1,2 & 7 en plus du Pentagone.

Pensez a la complexite et aux couts, a tout ce que ca requiert comme equipement, acces, informations, preparations, le nombres de personnes que ca implique, le temps, etc.

Pensez a qui profite reellement, qui peut avancer son agenda en se justifiant du terrorisme.

Pensez a qui finance reellement le terrorisme, et comment. Qui entraine ces gens-la.

Apprenez l'histoire des organisations extremistes armees, leurs sources, leurs fondements. Qui les tient encore en vie jusqu'a ce jour.

J'ai inclus beaucoup de documents importants qui vont vous mener aux sources officielles et aux evidences qui montrent clairement que la grande majorite des attentats terroristes et groupes terroristes sont en fait des creations des services secrets tel que la CIA, MI5, MI6, Mossad et de plusieurs gouvernements.

Il est tres clair et bien documente que ce sont eux qui sont responsables de la majeure partie des cas de terrorisme de notre epoque. Prenez conscience de l'implication de la situation: nos gourvernements et les services secrets qui organisent des attentats... sur nous, le reste de la population.

Je dis nous, car ca nous concerne tous, aux USA, en Angleterre, en France, en Australie, au Canada ou en Indonesie.

Ce n'est pas mon opinion que j'exprime, mais des faits documentes, officiels et meme judiciaires comme dans le cas du FBI qui s'est fait prendre en 1993 dans l'attentat a la bombe au World Trade Center: c'etait eux qui avait fabrique la bombe et entraine un deficient mental a la peau brune (question de blamer et demoniser les arabes) a aller la faire exploser dans la tour.

Je tiens a souligner que les articles publies, a partir de celui sur la conference des Bilderberg a Ottawa et les suivants vont tous etre connecte ensemble, comme des pieces d'un casse-tete. La definition du terrorisme n'est pas la meme pour tous et il n'y a pas vraiment d'entente au niveau international sur une definition definitive. Imaginez l'ironie de tout ca: on est supposement en train de lutter contre le terrorisme, qui est en fait une tactique et dont la definition n'est pas claire. Pensez-vous vraiment qu'on puisse penser gagner une guerre contre une tactique?

Il serait plus simple de comprendre ce qui mene au terrorisme, et aussi qui sont les differents acteurs pour pouvoir vraiment penser avoir un effet positif sur cette situation.

Defining Terrorism: The Present Situation

Academics, politicians, security experts and journalists, all use a variety of definitions of terrorism. Some definitions focus on the terrorist organizations’ mode of operation.. Others emphasize the motivations and characteristics of terrorism, the modus operandi of individual terrorists, etc.

In their book Political Terrorism, Schmidt and Youngman cited 109 different definitions of terrorism, which they obtained in a survey of leading academics in the field. From these definitions, the authors isolated the following recurring elements, in order of their statistical appearance in the definitions[1]:

Violence, force (appeared in 83.5% of the definitions); political (65%); fear, emphasis on terror (51%); threats (47%); psychological effects and anticipated reactions (41.5%); discrepancy between the targets and the victims (37.5%); intentional, planned, systematic, organized action (32%); methods of combat, strategy, tactics (30.5%).

Respondents were also asked the following question: “What issues in the definition of terrorism remain unresolved?”

Some of the answers follow[2]:

1- The boundary between terrorism and other forms of political violence
2- Whether government terrorism and resistance terrorism are part of the same phenomenon
3- Separating “terrorism” from simple criminal acts, from open war between “consenting” groups, and from acts that clearly arise out of mental illness
4- Is terrorism a sub-category of coercion? Violence? Power? Influence?
5- Can terrorism be legitimate? What gains justify its use?
6- The relationship between guerilla warfare and terrorism
7- The relationship between crime and terrorism

Defining States’ Involvement in Terrorism

On the basis of this definition of terrorism and guerrilla warfare, how should we define the involvement of states in the peof terrorist attacks? Note that violent activities committed by a state against civilians are forbidden by international conventions and are clearly defined as “war crimes” (in the context of a war situation) and as “crimes against humanity” (in other situations).

Thus, whereas these definitions have led to the international delegitimation of the use of violence against civilians by military personnel and political leaders, a lacuna still exists concerning the use of violence against civilians by organizations or individuals on political grounds.

States can be involved in terrorism in various ways: from various levels of general support for terrorist organizations, through operational assistance, initiating or directing attacks, and up to the perpetration of terrorist attacks by official state agencies.

All forms of state involvement in terrorism are usually placed under the general category of “terrorist states,” or “state sponsored terrorism.” Such a designation has taken on the character of a political weapon; rival states ascribe it to one another, and terrorist organizations use it against states acting against them.

The question of state involvement in terrorist attacks has been extensively discussed in Countering State-Sponsored Terrorism (ICT Papers, No. 1).

There we suggest the following classification of states according to their level of involvement in terrorism:

“States supporting terrorism” - states that support terrorist organizations, providing financial aid, ideological support, military or operational assistance.

“States operating terrorism” - states that initiate, direct and perform terrorist activities through groups outside their own institutions.

“States perpetrating terrorism” - states perpetrating terrorist acts abroad through their own official bodies–members of its security forces or its intelligence services, or their direct agents. In other words, states intentionally attacking civilians in other countries in order to achieve political aims without declaring war.[26] As mentioned above, according to international conventions, intentional acts of aggression against civilians by official agencies of a state, either at times of war or in occupied territories, will be considered war crimes rather than terrorism.

The fluctuating value of life

Quand c'est "l'ennemi", c'est du terrorisme, mais quand c'est "nos" gouvernements, c'est de la livraison de democratie et de liberte.

Quand les attaques se produisent a Londres ou a New-york, le monde entier est scandalise et les medias en parlent sans cesse, mais quand c'est des palestiniens tues sur la plage, Fallujah qui est rasee et attaquee avec des armes chimiques, ou des civils massacres par des Marines, ou des milliers de personnes torturees dans des prisons illegales par les americains, il n'y a rien la.

Pourtant, une vie est une vie et elles ont tous la meme valeur. Ne soyons pas des hypocrites.

-- Why does a terrorist attack on the transport system in London that kills and injures dozens, draw utter condemnation and creates shock amongst us all, yet an attack by the Israeli military on a beach in Gaza killing and wounding dozens, including young children on a seaside outing, fails to register the same decibel levels?

Shouldn't we be equally as horrified and as shocked when innocent commuters and bystanders are killed in a horrific terrorist attack on a Madrid train, as we are when hundreds are slain in a US air-raid on a village celebrating a wedding in the Afghani mountains?Can we sincerely put our hands on our hearts and declare that we consider one life equally as sacred, and worthy of reverence and protection as another?

Bin Laden claims lead role in 9/11 attacks

Le faux-ennemi pratique qui permet de justifier la guerre contre le terrorisme et les guerres de domination autrement injustifiables devant les citoyens du monde.

Remarquez aussi a chaque fois le timing des relachements des videos: toujours au moment ou Bush et la guerre contre le terrorisme sont au plus bas dans les sondages, ou pres des elections ou encore quand ils sont pris dans un scandale qu'ils veulent faire oublier. C'est constant, toujours au meilleur moment pour le gouvernement.

But the hard fact is that the real Osama died in December 2001 of natural causes. There also was another little-noticed item posted at the U.S. Army website, about the Pentagon's Civilian Inmate Labor Program. This program "provides Army policy and guidance for establishing civilian inmate labor programs and civilian prison camps on Army installations."

The Army document, first drafted in 1997, underwent a "rapid action revision" on Jan. 14, 2005. The revision provides a "template for developing agreements" between the Army and corrections facilities for the use of civilian inmate labor on Army installations. On its face, the Army's labor program refers to inmates housed in federal, state and local jails.

The Army also cites various federal laws that govern the use of civilian labor and provide for the establishment of prison camps in the United States, including a federal statute that authorizes the attorney general to "establish, equip, and maintain camps upon sites selected by him" and "make available … the services of United States prisoners" to various government departments, including the Department of Defense. Though the timing of the document's posting—within the past few weeks—may just be a coincidence, the reference to a "rapid action revision" and the KBR contract's contemplation of "rapid development of new programs" has raised eyebrows about why this sudden need for urgency.

These developments also are drawing more attention now because of earlier Bush administration policies to involve the Pentagon in "counter-terrorism" operations inside the United States.

Later, the New York Times reported that "KBR would build the centers for the Homeland Security Department for an unexpected influx of immigrants, to house people in the event of a natural disaster or for new programs that require additional detention space."

Le cas de Londres n'est pas mieux: la police, suite a des soupcons de terrorisme, mais rien de tangible, debarque chez un mec a 4 heures du matin avec 250 policiers, defonce la porte, entre dans l'appartement, reveille l'occupant qui se leve en pyjamas, qui va voir se qui se passe mais se fait tirer dessus sans avertissement par la police!!!!

Depuis l'evenement, la police britannique est attaque de toute part, surtout qu'ils n'ont jamais rien trouve dans l'appartement, ni bombe, ni rien qui puisse servir a un terroriste!

Mais les sans honte, en pleins medias, vont declarer que la population devra a l'avenir s'habituer a de telles situations, dans cette nouvelle ere du terrorisme. Pas d'excuses. Habituez-vous. C'est tout.

Donc, je resume, ca vous tenterait ti que la police vous tende un piege une bonne journee, vous appelle et se fasse passer pour quelqu'un que vous connaissez et vous demande de vous rendre a un endroit, ou ils auront prealablement place des matieres soit illegales ou incriminantes sous la loi d'anti-terrorisme, et vous suspecte de terrorisme et vous utilise pour epeurer le reste de la population en submission devant un etat hors de controle, un etat policier?

There may indeed have been a terrorist conspiracy that involved what the RCMP assistant commissioner Mike McDonell yesterday referred to as "training areas," where militants tramped about in big boots, cooked on outdoor barbecues, built bombs and used a wooden door for target practice.
That's the implication from the evidence shown to reporters yesterday: five pairs of boots in camouflage drab, six flashlights, one set of walkie-talkies, one voltmeter, one knife, eight D-cell batteries, a cellphone, a circuit board, a computer hard drive, one barbecue grill, one set of tongs suitable for turning hot dogs, a wooden door with 21 marks on it and a 9-mm handgun.

Or it is possible that the only thing that these bits of evidence prove is that a group of young men went somewhere where they tramped around in big boots, cooked on barbecues, played soldier and generally acted like jerks — which young men are occasionally wont to do.

The three tonnes of ammonium nitrate allegedly purchased was, as McDonell said, three times the amount used in the Oklahoma terror bombing of 1995.

Controversy is growing over a high profile raid by British anti-terrorist police on Friday in which a suspect was shot. Some 250 police officers took part in the raid after getting intelligence reports that chemical or biological weapons were being prepared in an East London home. But no such arms have been found and lawyers for the shot man say he was fired on without warning. A solicitor said: "He was in his pyjamas, obviously unarmed, empty handed. As he came down the stairs, police rounded a corner, came up the stairs and shot him, in the chest, immediately.

British anti-terrorist police are hunting for a “dirty” chemical bomb that could be used in an attack in Britain after a major raid failed to uncover a device they believe exists, newspapers reported on Saturday.

Here is the story. The police got a name from an informant whom even they admit is unreliable. The police raid a couple homes and shoot a man in the process. The subsequent search finds nothing. But since admitting it was all a false alarm doesn't support the rush to war in Iran, the police claim the "dirty bomb" simply got away from them.

Another Terrorist Attack Coming Soon?

U.S. officials believe Canadian arrests over the weekend and three recent domestic incidents in the United States are evidence the U.S. will soon be hit again by a terrorist attack. Privately, they say, they'd be surprised if it didn't come by the end of the year.
