Bonjour a tous! J'ai ici un autre sujet d'importance a traiter puisqu'il nous concerne tous en amerique du nord.

J'ai mis en lien les references necessaires pour comprendre ce dont il s'agit. Depuis 1995, le Canada, les Etats-Unis et le Mexique ont signe un accord commun pour creer d'ici l'an 2010 un nouvel espace geographique et economique appelle l'Union Nord Americaine (North American Union).

Deja des groupes de travail ont ete mis sur pied pour faire avancer ce projet. Mais en quoi consiste t-il?

C'est bien simple: le but d'ici 2010 est de creer un espace territorial commun, du sud du Mexique jusqu'a la limite nord du Canada. Vous avez bien compris: une frontiere commune pour les trois pays, qui eux seront alors dissout dans cette Union, et qui auront aussi un appareil militaire commun. Excitant non?!! J'ai tellement hate d'etre controle par les psychopathes qui sont a la tete des USA et de voir la main d'oeuvre mexicaine envahir nos regions et pousser a la baisse la masse salariale, a la grande joie des industriels.

Apres que la monnaie americaine aura finie de s'ecrouler (qui a deja perdu 45% de sa valeur sur les deux dernieres annees), notre nouvelle monnaie commune sera introduite: l'Amero$.

Bye bye souverainete des peuples, identite nationale et culturelle.

Tout ce projet s'inscrit clairement dans la volonte finale de creer un gouvernement mondial totalitaire en fusionnant eventuellement les unions europeenne et nord americaine et le reste du monde. Le Nouvel Ordre Mondial. Projet de fou vous me direz, mais l'important a savoir ici c'est que nos dirigeants, le CFR, les corporations et le reste de l'elite y travaille tres fort. Leur but est d'implementer l'Union Nord Americaine d'ici l'an 2010 et ensuite fusionner le reste des blocs ensemble.

C'est une realite peu connue parce qu'on n'a jamais ete consulte pour avoir notre avis sur ca. Paul Martin, George Bush et Vicente Fox ont deja decide de signe les accords sans notre consentement. Allo democratie oui....

En plus de ca, en vue de faciliter les echanges commerciaux entre les trois futurs ex-pays, des firmes privees etrangeres sont en train de construire une "super-autoroute" qui va relier le Mexique au Canada en passant par les USA, sur la cote ouest. Le truc est gigantique et est controle par des etrangers qui vont nous faire payer ce projet de debile plusieurs fois. Debile parce que deja aux USA des tas de gens se font simplement deposseder de leur terres pour tres peu ou pas d'argent pour construire ce projet qui ne satisfait qu'aux corporations.

Enfin, il y aurait encore beaucoup a dire sur ce sujet, mais je vais vous laisser faire vos propres recherches pour que vous vous fassiez votre idee. Mon but est d'amener ce sujet sur la place publique, parce qu'il est clair qu'en ce moment tout ca est ammene en douce, sans nous consulter ni meme nous en parler. C'est assez insultant quand on sait que l'elite est en train de dissoudre activement trois pays sans nous en parler pour qu'on se retrouve devant un fait accompli en 2010.

Vers une communauté nord-américaine

L’entrée en vigueur le 1er janvier 1994 de l’ALENA (Accord de Libre-Echange Nord Américain) entre les États-Unis, le Canada et le Mexique a permis de constituer une première ébauche d’entité économique unifiée. Les objectifs définis dans son article 102 visent à « éliminer les obstacles au commerce des produits et des services entre les territoires des Parties et à faciliter le mouvement transfrontalier de ces produits et services (…), à créer le cadre d’une coopération trilatérale, régionale et multilatérale plus poussée afin d’accroître et d’élargir les avantages découlant du présent accord ».

Ces affirmations ont connu un nouvel élan grâce aux travaux du Council Foreign Relations [1] en liaison avec le Conseil Canadien des Chefs d’Entreprises (le CCCE regroupant les hauts dirigeants de 150 entreprises canadiennes) et le Consejo Mexicano de Asuntos Internacionales (le COMEXI, organisation politique multidisciplinaire soutenue par les entreprises mexicaines). En effet, il a été décidé de créer une « Communauté économique et de sécurité nord-américaine » d’ici 2010.
Le coup d’envoi officiel a été lancé le 23 mars 2005 à Waco (Texas) par le président Bush, le Premier ministre du Canada, Paul Martin et le président du Mexique, Vincente Fox.

Bénéficiant d’un pré-rapport élaboré et présenté le 14 mars 2005 par le CFR, le CCCE et le COMEXI grâce aux travaux de John P. Manley, ex-vice-Premier ministre et ministre des Finances du Canada, de Pedro Aspe, ex-ministre des Finances du Mexique et de William F. Weld, ex-gouverneur du Massachusetts et adjoint au procureur général des États-Unis, ces trois chefs d’État ont annoncé leur volonté d’accomplir ce programme en vue de l’échéance de 2010.

Ces ambitions se sont immédiatement concrétisées à Waco par la création du « Partenariat nord-américain pour la Sécurité et la Prospérité » (le PSP) et par la mise en place de groupes de travail ministériels traitant des sujets économiques et sécuritaires. Cependant, ce n’est qu’en mai de la même année que le programme complet et détaillé a vu le jour. Comme le rappelle le président du CFR, Richard N. Hass, « Le groupe de travail offre une série de propositions détaillées et ambitieuses qui s’ajoutent aux recommandations adoptées par les trois gouvernements lors du sommet au Texas en mars 2005. La recommandation principale du Groupe de travail est d’établir d’ici 2010 une communauté économique et sécuritaire en Amérique du Nord, dont les limites seraient définies par un tarif douanier commun et un périmètre de sécurité externe ».

Mexico, Canada partnership underway with no authorization from Congress

Despite having no authorization from Congress, the Bush administration has launched extensive working-group activity to implement a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada.
The membership of the working groups has not been published, nor has their work product been disclosed, despite two years of massive effort within the executive branches of the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

The groups, working under the North American Free Trade Agreement office in the Department of Commerce, are to implement the Security and Prosperity Partnership, or SPP, signed by President Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Texas, on March 23, 2005.

The trilateral agreement, signed as a joint declaration not submitted to Congress for review, led to the creation of the SPP office within the Department of Commerce.
The SPP report to the heads of state of the U.S., Mexico and Canada, -- released June 27, 2005, -- lists some 20 different working groups spanning a wide variety of issues ranging from e-commerce, to aviation policy, to borders and immigration, involving the activity of multiple U.S. government agencies.

The working groups have produced a number of memorandums of understanding and trilateral declarations of agreement. The Canadian government and the Mexican government each have SPP offices comparable to the U.S. office.

Building a North American Community - Council on Foreign Relations

North America is vulnerable on several fronts: the region faces terrorist and criminal security threats, increased economic competition from abroad, and uneven economic development at home. But did you know that we may very soon see a North American Union? Or that we already have an unnamed one?In November of 2004 President Bush announced that;

What differs this from normal "we will work together we are friends blah blah" is that the White

House gave specific things this "new partnership" would do;

"improving the coordination of intelligence-sharing, cross-border law enforcement and counter-terrorism [...] increasing the security of critical infrastructure, including transportation, energy, and communications networks [...] Our objective is to expand economic opportunities and prosperity for all our peoples and the competitiveness of North American business [...] Our New Partnership will provide a clear, practical guide to protect our peoples and our way of life as we strengthen our global collaboration"


The Plan to Replace the Dollar With the 'Amero'

The idea to form the North American Union as a super-NAFTA knitting together Canada, the United States and Mexico into a super-regional political and economic entity was a key agreement resulting from the March 2005 meeting held at Baylor University in Waco, Tex., between President Bush, President Fox and Prime Minister Martin.A joint statement published by the three presidents following their Baylor University summit announced the formation of an initial entity called, “The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America” (SPP).

The joint statement termed the SPP a “trilateral partnership” that was aimed at producing a North American security plan as well as providing free market movement of people, capital, and trade across the borders between the three NAFTA partners:
We will establish a common approach to security to protect North America from external threats, prevent and respond to threats within North America, and further streamline the secure and efficient movement of legitimate, low-risk traffic across our borders.

A working agenda was established:
We will establish working parties led by our ministers and secretaries that will consult with stakeholders in our respective countries. These working parties will respond to the priorities of our people and our businesses, and will set specific, measurable, and achievable goals.The U.S. Department of Commerce has produced a SPP website, which documents how the U.S. has implemented the SPP directive into an extensive working agenda.Following the March 2005 meeting in Waco, Tex., the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) published in May 2005 a task force report titled “Building a North American Community.”

We have already documented that this CFR task force report calls for a plan to create by 2010 a redefinition of boundaries such that the primary immigration control will be around the three countries of the North American Union, not between the three countries. We have argued that a likely reason President Bush has not secured our border with Mexico is that the administration is pushing for the establishment of the North American Union.


Spanish firm to build and run new PFI toll road in Texas

Grupo Ferrovial, Spain’s construction, infrastructure and services giant, had a busy summer acquiring airports in the UK and Peru. Now it has a concession to build and operate a Texas superhighway.

Construction of the new toll road project, designed to develop an alternative route to Interstate 35 as part of the planned Trans-Texas Corridor is due to start early next year.
This is has been agreed by the Texas Department of Transport under a comprehensive development deal with the Spanish company Cintra - Concesiones de Infrastructuras de Transporte, a member of the Ferrovial group.
Cintra’s partner for the five-year road building programme is the San Antonio-based contractor Zachry Construction Corp, but Ferrovial’s construction company Agroman is getting a share in the business.

Zachry joined with Cintra in a scheme to provide private investment worth $6 billion. The assignment is to design, build and operate a four-lane toll road covering the 500 km distance between Dallas and San Antonio, bypassing the State capital at Austin.
For this concession Cintra is paying the State of Texas $1.2 billion. It gives them the right to build and operate this initial segment of the intended Trans-Texas Corridor.
This would be part of the ‘super-highway’ spanning the United States from the Mexican border at Laredo, making its way through Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma and connecting with the Canadian highway system north of Duluth, Minnesota.

Because it would provide a connection all the way between Canada and Mexico, the project is also described as the North American Free Trade Area (NAFTA) super highway.

Comme le disait si bien "V" dans "V for Vendetta": "Ce n'est pas les gens qui devraient avoir peur de leurs gouvernements, mais plutot les gouvernements qui devraient avoir peur des gens!"

Le plus troublant c'est de voir les mass medias entierement controle par la meme elite et qui repandent en long et en large toute la desinformation et propagande ainsi que les campagnes de peurs gouvernementales sans jamais rechercher la verite et poser les bonnes questions, sans vraiment rechercher la verite. Toute l'information est filtre. Noam Chomsky l'a bien demontre dans ses livres Manufacturing Consent et Necessary illusions. Une etude de la realite mediatique le revele assez rapidement aussi.

On a plus de chance de mourrir en tombant d'une echelle ou d'etre frappe par la foudre que d'etre attaque par des "terroristes". Tout ce show est la pour nous divertir des vrais terroristes, pour nous tenir dans la peur, la confusion et la soumission.

In his new exposé of the National Security Agency entitled Body of Secrets, author James Bamford highlights a set of proposals on Cuba by the Joint Chiefs of Staff codenamed OPERATION NORTHWOODS. This document, titled “Justification for U.S. Military Intervention in Cuba” was provided by the JCS to Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara on March 13, 1962, as the key component of Northwoods. Written in response to a request from the Chief of the Cuba Project, Col. Edward Lansdale, the Top Secret memorandum describes U.S. plans to covertly engineer various pretexts that would justify a U.S. invasion of Cuba. These proposals - part of a secret anti-Castro program known as Operation Mongoose - included staging the assassinations of Cubans living in the United States, developing a fake “Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington,” including “sink[ing] a boatload of Cuban refugees (real or simulated),” faking a Cuban airforce attack on a civilian jetliner, and concocting a “Remember the Maine” incident by blowing up a U.S. ship in Cuban waters and then blaming the incident on Cuban sabotage. Bamford himself writes that Operation Northwoods “may be the most corrupt plan ever created by the U.S. government.”

The latest "let's scare everyone" campaign is in full swing now, because the president's approval ratings go up every time the threat level reaches red. With the enthusiastic cooperation of the media, the government has managed to convince us that we are surrounded on every side by crazed bomb throwers and that we must at all times be vigilant and allow the government "to do its job," which is code for "anything it wants." Here's a headline from the Houston Chronicle: "Latest terror scares show airport threat lingers."
That's like saying, "Latest false alarms show fire threat lingers."
Since the object of terrorism is to spread terror, the "latest terror scares" demonstrate only that the government is abetting the work of terrorists. Here's my favorite story, as reported by the Associated Press: "A United Airlines flight...was delayed because a small boy said something inappropriate, according to a government official speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the information. 'He didn't want to fly,' the official said." I hope that small boys do not hear about this. Mad at Mommy? You can turn her airplane around! Listen to the people interviewed at airports. "It's worth it," they say, patiently standing in line. Is it worth it to, say, raise taxes to pay for better veterans benefits?
Maybe it's easier to be afraid. Maybe it's easier to blame the shadowy forces of international terrorism for everything that's scary or evil or mean. Maybe it's easier than saying that poverty has killed more people than the terrorists have; that preventable diseases have killed more children than the terrorists have; that the rights we don't fight for are the rights we lose.

Three things can be expected from Bush's speech, according to a new study by three Columbia University researchers: The media will repeat the president's remarks. Public fear of terrorism will increase. And the president's poll numbers will rise. Those have been the effects of presidential pronouncements on terrorism since the Sept. 11 attacks, according to political scientists. "These are interesting findings, and confirm what many of us had suspected," said Mark Juergensmeyer, director of Global and International Studies at UC Santa Barbara. "This public panic benefits the terrorists whose work is made easier by an overactive government response that magnifies their efforts.

In an odd way this puts the government and the terrorists in league with one another," he said. "The main loser, alas, is the terrified public." [The study's author said terrorists] "want to intimidate, they want to spread fear and anxiety."
Larry Beutler, director of the National Center on the Psychology of Terrorism in Palo Alto, who reviewed the Columbia team's research [commented] "There are findings suggesting that the administration's use of the alert system increased inordinately before the election and each time it did, Bush's numbers went up about 5 percent." The research is also a "damning indictment of the media's bloodlust," said Matthew T. Felling, media director for the Center for Media and Public Affairs in Washington.

C'est extremement efficace contre une population ignorante. Ca permet de creer de l'insecurite et ainsi pousser les gens a demander plus de securite de la part de leur gouvernement. Ce faisant, les tyrants se servent de cette excuse pour demander aux gens de sacrifier leurs liberte pour plus de securite, ce qui semble logique pour bien des gens... ignorants de la reelle equation historique de cette facon de penser.

Moins de liberte n'a jamais ete egale a plus de securite, mais plutot a encore moins de securite. Pourquoi?
Parce que ce cree ainsi un mecanisme de transfert de pouvoir des mains de la population vers quelques mains controlantes seulement. Et de toute l'histoire, on remarque qu'un pouvoir absolu corrompt absolument. C'est la naissance d'une tyrannie a tout coup. Naissance d'un super gouvernement qui au nom de la protection et la securite devient tout puissant et se place au-dessus des lois.

La peur illusoire d'un ennemi exterieur s'interiorise et chacun devient un suspect, son voisin, le gars de l'autre cote de la rue, tous deviennent de "potentiel terroriste".

On entend des gens declarer que c'est bon pour nous, que c'est correct qu'on soit mis a poil a l'aeroport par la securite, parce que maintenant le profil du terroriste selon les autorites et publie dans les medias c'est le gars de la moyenne qui porte des jeans et qui a l'air normal.

How is it that people can still deny that our governments are forwarding a big brother control agenda? ID cards, Biometric databases, retina scanners, face scanning cameras, behaviour sensing machines. The list goes on. It has been proven over and over that these measures will not help prevent terrorism, the government itself has even admitted this, so why do they relentlessly push them?

The latest mind bending terror stupidity has every passenger at airports pouring their potentially explosive liquids into bins inside the airports.

How stupid can things get? How far does it have to go before people start asking simple questions about what they are being made to do in the name of security?

The initial reports of the Home Office point to the active collaboration of Pakistani Military Intelligence in uncovering the alleged terror plot. From the outset, most of the intelligence which led to the arrests in the UK was apparently gathered by Pakistan's military intelligence (ISI), which is said to "have tipped off MI5": While actively collaborating with the British police investigation, the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) is known to have supported and financed a number of "Islamic terror groups" including Al Qaeda.

Liquid Bomb Pakistan Link Is False Flag Smoking Gun

Revelations concerning the origins and connections of the alleged liquid bomb terror plot to Pakistan and the 7/7 bombings in London provide a strong indication that the operation, known for months yet deliberately timed for public release, was a synthetic ruse concocted by the Bush/Blair cabal to re-package the flagging war on terror.

Media reports in the days following the alert cite Pakistan's ISI as having identified Rashid Rauf as, "the link between the plot's planners and British-based Muslims who were allegedly preparing to carry out attacks on transatlantic flights."

According to former NSA official Wayne Madsen, the Lashkar-e-Toiba terror group, to which Rashid Rauf is affiliated, is wholly operated and funded by the Pakistani ISI.

To understand why the Pakistan link strongly indicates that Thursday morning's terror alert was a manufactured ruse, it is necessary to understand the the nexus that connects Pakistani intelligence, the CIA and terrorist organizations.

In October 2001, under the headline 'Pakistani Intelligence Had Links to Al Qaeda, U.S. Officials Say,' the New York Times reported, "The intelligence service of Pakistan, a crucial American ally in the war on terrorism, has had an indirect but longstanding relationship with Al Qaeda, turning a blind eye for years to the growing ties between Osama bin Laden and the Taliban, according to American officials."

The ISI has received CIA funds to create and control militant organizations, including the Taliban and Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan.

Funds transferred from Pakistan bankrolled the alleged 9/11 hijackers before the attack. Ahmad Umar Sheikh wired $100,000 from Karachi to alleged lead hijacker Mohammed Atta at the behest of ISI chief Mahmoud Ahmad. If this isn't a direct link from the ISI to Al-Qaeda then nothing is.

The BBC quoted an anonymous police source as saying a suitcase holding “everything you would need to make an improvised device” had been uncovered in a stretch of woodland in High Wycombe, 30 miles northwest of London. The wood is near the home of one of two dozen suspects arrested Aug. 10 in connection with the foiled bomb plot.
The Metropolitan Police refused to comment on the BBC report, saying it could not discuss anything found during the searches, which reportedly have uncovered several firearms and other items of interest.

More than a week after the US and UK announcements that an alleged terror plot to blow up commercial airliners flying from Britain to the US had been foiled, the official claims are unraveling. Authorities have been unable to provide any concrete evidence to back up the story that police raids and mass arrests in Britain thwarted an imminent attack that would have taken the lives of thousands of transatlantic travelers.

Significant details, in fact, have come to light that indicate the opposite. Not only has it been revealed that no bombs were actually in the process of being assembled, but none of the suspects—British-born Muslims, who at this point remain in custody without having been charged—had purchased airline tickets. Some did not even hold passports.

It is becoming increasingly evident that the government-media hysteria about the alleged plot was prompted not by security concerns, but rather by a politically motivated desire to divert attention from the growing crisis of both the Bush and Blair governments.

Under conditions of a deepening military and political debacle in Iraq, growing domestic opposition to the war, a deteriorating military situation in Afghanistan, and the unfavorable outcome for the US and Britain in Lebanon, the eruption of the latest alleged terror plot has served to “change the subject,” while fostering an atmosphere of fear and panic that both governments hope will disorient the public and facilitate new attacks on democratic rights.

It must be just coincidence that the Bush/Blair poll drop due to the Iraqi fiasco suddenly accelerated into a freefall because of Israel's US-backed and -financed genocidal campaign against Lebanon and Palestine.
Also coincidental: both "leaders" were on vacation at the time and saw no need to rush back to the office to deal with this latest "event."

Another coincidence: One day prior to the latest "terrorist" announcement, pro-war Jewish Neocon (but I repeat myself) Joe Lieberman unexpectedly lost an important primary election to a nobody in an early demonstration of just how the public intends to deal with all pro-war elected officials in the upcoming November congressional election.

Just last week, for the first time, facts disputing the official 9/11 story were broadcast nationally, again and again, in the form of a taped, two-hour panel discussion on C-SPAN. This was a momentous event that garnered a good deal of attention - much more than C-SPAN anticipated, which is why it rebroadcast the program a total of five times during the week, prompting increased discussion in many quarters throughout America. Just coincidence, of course, that such a program got such attention just prior to unveiling of the "liquid bomber" plot.

So now we've (choke) just been (gasp) saved from the simultaneous blowing up of ten airplanes headed toward the United States from the UK. Wow, thank you Brits, thank you Homeland Security. Well done, lads. And thanks for preventing the destruction of the Sears Tower in Chicago, saving lower Manhattan from a terrorist-unleashed flood, smashing the frightful Canadian "terror plot" with 17 arrested, ditto the three Toledo terrorists, and squashing the Los Angeles al Qaeda plot to fly a hijacked airliner into a skyscraper.

The Los Angeles plot of 2002 was proudly announced by George W. early this year. It has since been totally discredited. Declared one senior counterterrorism official: "There was no definitive plot. It never materialized or got past the thought stage."[2] And the scare about ricin in the UK, which our own Mr. Cheney used as part of the buildup for the invasion of Iraq, telling an audience on January 10, 2003: "The gravity of the threat we face was underscored in recent days when British police arrested ... suspected terrorists in London and discovered a small quantity of ricin, one of the world's deadliest poisons." It turned out there was not only no plot, there was no ricin. The Brits discovered almost immediately that the substance wasn't ricin but kept that secret for more than two years.[3]

From what is typical in terrorist scares, it is likely that the individuals arrested in the UK August 10 are guilty of what George Orwell, in 1984, called "thoughtcrimes". That is to say, they haven't actually DONE anything. At most, they've THOUGHT about doing something the government would label "terrorism".
