Canadian Judge Begins Legal Clampdown on "Freeman" movement
J.G. VibesActivist Post
Judge John Rooke the
Associate Chief Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench in Canada has promised to
destroy the "Free Man on the Land Movement. In a newly released court
decision John Rooke analyzes the movement, which he refers to as “organized pseudolegal
commercial argument” or OPCA litigants.
His
185-page analysis of their arguments was posted
on the Alberta Justice court website on Thursday. This same judge was in
the news not too long ago when he called
a rape victim “stupid” during the sentencing of the man who raped her. He
then went ahead and only sentenced the rapist to 3 1/2 years in prison.
The Free Man on the Land movement consists of a growing number of people who are beginning to turn the rhetoric and legalese of the state against itself. According to the nationalistic folklore put forward by the courts, people are only ruled because they consent to being ruled, so many of these people are withdrawing their consent from the system.
The Free Man on the Land movement consists of a growing number of people who are beginning to turn the rhetoric and legalese of the state against itself. According to the nationalistic folklore put forward by the courts, people are only ruled because they consent to being ruled, so many of these people are withdrawing their consent from the system.
As much of a great
concept as this as, and as much as everyone should be encouraged to pursue this
lifestyle, there is one fatal flaw in this approach that must be remembered.
That flaw is that the whole system is a fraud to begin with, and the system
will bend to the whims of authority regardless of what has been written into
law previously. It is this flaw, that may begin to cause complications for
those in Canada who have declared their Independence.
In
the document released this week the Judge said that: “These persons employ a
collection of techniques and arguments promoted and sold by ‘gurus’ to disrupt court
operations and to attempt to frustrate the legal rights of governments,
corporations and individuals. The persons who advance these schemes, and
particularly those who market and sell these concepts as commercial products,
are parasites that must be stopped"
It it unbelievably ironic for a judge to say that an
individual who claims sovereignty over themselves is a parasite, when that is
the very essence of a bureaucrats existence. The judge has also accused these
people of "clogging up the system" with paperwork and court dates,
however, they are merely following the legal code to a tee without taking all
of the deals and settlements that
have been put into place to keep up with the incredible volume of cased that
are coming through the system.
It is still too soon to tell how this ruling will
effect legal cases for those who have claimed their independence, but due to
the legal systems subjective concept of law it is highly possible that the law
will be restructured to favor those in authority.

I have read through Rooke's analysis. The problem
is- Most of what he brings up is correct.(Most of it is from Queens Bench
Courts) Largely through lack of and mis- information many court proceedings
have been badly butchered. No Fault of the free-men,-- they knew something was
up but had to learn through trial and error. Bar none the arguments of Dean
Clifford are accurate and DO WORK.
We are presumed to be -'acting as or agents of the government of Canada' Through our 'title'. Article 52 and 32 or the criminal code of Canada is all you need.
The problem with many of Rooke's examples is that freemen tried to apply the argument in Queens Bench(Injured Party) These arguments do not work when there is an injured party.

The fact that this judge felt the need to make up
a 180 page document that largely uses personal attack and slander as a defense
should be evidence enough that people are on to something. If non of these
arguments had any merit why would they need to 'crack' down on these 'evil'
people. Same as calling someone a 'tin hat' wearer for listing the true facts
of 911. Don't attack the facts simple call the person crazy and use the word
'conspiracy' enough and the facts will be forgotten. If anything his documents
helps the 'freeman' as he can now properly prepare for the weak arguments the
court will try. Dean Clifford on YOUTUBE. FACTS!
After a
French study suggested that rats fed on Monsanto GMO corn suffered tumors,
Russian researches plan their own, this time public, experiment. The unique
reality show with rats is expected to prove or deny GMO’s health-threatening
influence.
The
Russian scientists, who oppose genetically modified organisms (GMO) in food,
expect that their year-long experiment will show whether the controversial
cultivation process has effects as dangerous as French revelations claimed on
September 19.
Scientists
from France's University of Caen made public the results of their classified
study, publishing the images of rats with tumors after they were fed a diet of
genetically modified (GM) maize produced by American chemical giant Monsanto.
The
revelation stirred fear across Europe and in Russia, where authorities
temporarily suspended the import and sale of Monsanto’s genetically modified
corn.
I like this idea of the study being broadcast live, as things happen; if
conducted with integrity, these tests should demonstrate, unequivocally, the
effects of eating GMO products will be.
The
campaign to require GMO labeling in the US is close to success as the real
dangers surrounding GMOs are being brought to the attention of consumers like
never before.
Mainstream media called out for complete blackout on GMO health risks
The recent release of the first ever long-term study to examine the consequences of prolonged consumption of genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) has set the world ablaze, with individual citizens and even government officials now calling for an immediate embargo on all things GMO. But strangely silent in all this has been The Times, The Guardian, The Independent, BBC, and various other mainstream media groups based in the U.K., none of which have bothered to even mention the study in any of their reports.

Russia's consumer rights watchdog, Rospotrebnadzor, said ... it has
suspended the import and use of genetically modified corn made by Monsanto Co.
following a study's allegations that the crop causes cancer. Rospotrebnadzor
said the country's Institute of Nutrition has been asked to assess the validity
of the study, while the European Commission's Directorate General for Health
& Consumers has also been contacted to explain the European Union's
position. The study, conducted by the University of Caen in France, [found]
that rats fed over a two-year period with the U.S. chemical company's
genetically modified NK603 corn, developed more tumors and other severe
diseases than a test group fed with regular corn. The study also [found] that
rats fed with NK603 and exposed to Monsanto's Roundup weed killer suffered from
more pathologies than the test group. Last week Monsanto said it did
not think the French study would affect its license to export the NK603 to
Europe but would wait to hear from the European Food Safety Authority, or EFSA,
which has been asked by the European Commission to also look into the research.

Study linking GM maize to cancer must be taken seriously by regulators
September 28, 2012, The Guardian (One of the UK's leading newspapers)

September 28, 2012, The Guardian (One of the UK's leading newspapers)
http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2012/sep/28/study-gm-maize-cancer
For seven years [Professor Gilles-Eric Séralini, professor of molecular
biology at Caen university in France] and his team have questioned the safety
standards applied to varieties of GM maize and tried to re-analyse
industry-funded studies presented to governments. Last week, Seralini brought
the whole scientific and corporate establishment crashing down on his head. In
a peer-reviewed US journal, Food and Chemical Toxicology, he reported
the results of a €3.2m study. Fed a diet of Monsanto's Roundup-tolerant GM
maize NK603 for two years, or exposed to Roundup over the same period, rats
developed higher levels of cancers and died earlier than controls. But barely
had the paper surfaced than it was attracting heavyweight academic criticism. Commentators
variously claimed the study to be "biased", "poorly
performed", "bogus", "fraudulent",
"sub-standard", "sloppy agenda-based science",
"inadequate" and "unsatisfactory". Séralini and his
scientists were labelled "crafty activists" and
"anti-science". It was a triumph for the scientific and corporate
establishment which has used similar tactics to crush other scientists
like Arpad Pusztai of the Rowett Institute in Scotland, who was sacked after
his research suggested GM potatoes damaged the stomach lining and immune system
of rats, and David Quist and Ignacio Chapela, who studied the flow of genes
from illegally planted GM maize to Mexican wild maize.

Drug
companies have gotten so greedy, and the American public so financially
distressed, that nearly half of all Americans under the age of 65 who normally
take prescription drugs are no longer doing so because they allegedly cannot
afford it. This is according to a new report compiled by the Consumer Reports
National Research Center (CRNRC), which also found that 63 percent of those in
need of medical care are skipping trips to the doctor because of the high costs
involved.
How embarrassing if it turns out the people skipping doctors and prescriptions
are found to live longer!
One study
in particular found that glyphosate (an ingredient in Roundup), leaves a residue
on crops and this residue is “actually toxic to testicle cells.” Also, the
residue lowers testosterone synthesis—this means the glyphosate toxicity lowers
the amount of the male sex hormone available for the body to use.
Some
30,000 public employees have taken to the streets of Rome to protest against the
government policy of belt-tightening.
Italy’s
two biggest unions called on civil servants to strike on Friday in protest at
government spending cuts.
Prime
Minister Mario Monti has pushed through tough austerity measures to turn around
the country’s public finances and stave off the need for an international
bailout.
Policewoman
Cristina Garbin said the belt-tightening policies will leave Italians worse
off.
“These
continued cuts…will penalise not only public workers, but also services for our
citizens,” she said.
GMO Technology, Glyphosate Toxicity Leaving Men Sterile
What if the pesticides and herbicides being sprayed on your food was causing your sperm to die? What if GMO crops had the same effect? What would it mean for humanity if this “modern food marvel” (as Monsanto would like you to think) was actually making men infertile, and eventually wipe us out? Sounds pretty end-of-times-ish, but it’s happening right now. Well, studies indicate that factors like glyphosate toxicity and GMO technologies could be playing a significant role in the growing number of men who struggle with fertility.
Glyphosate Toxicity and GMO Technology
One study in particular found that glyphosate (an ingredient in Roundup), leaves a residue on crops and this residue is “actually toxic to testicle cells.” Also, the residue lowers testosterone synthesis—this means the glyphosate toxicity lowers the amount of the male sex hormone available for the body to use.
Looks as though humankind may possibly be on the brink of an ELE event (extinction level event), courtesy of "better living through chemistry."
60,000 Drug Samples Compromised in Crime Lab Scandal
Over the past nine years of her career a Massachusetts chemist named Annie Dookhan tested more than 60,000 drug samples which effected the cases of about 34,000 defendants.
According to a police report obtained by the Associated Press she has recently admitted to faking many drug sample results.
Governor Deval Patrick has identified 1,141 inmates in MA jails and prisons convicted based on evidence handled by Dookhan, who was also the quality control officer in a drug testing lab.
Faber Warns “Everything Will Collapse”
Famed economist Marc Faber appeared on Bloomberg TV with a harsh, direct warning to investors.
"U.S. monetary policies will destroy the world," he said, referring to the new round of stimulus - QE3, or "QE Forever" - the Fed plans to launch this year.
As the publisher of the influential Gloom Boom & Doom report, Faber is well-known for making ominous predictions. Many regard him as the first to warn investors to get out of the stock market one week before the October 1987 crash.
The collapse may already be underway with the major US banks already insolvent but concealing it with the help of the Obama administration, which like Bush in 2008, is trying to keep everything looking good until after the election. In Bush's case, it all fell apart in October.
